They do not serve food here unfortunately, but this is one of the cheapest places in aspen to grab a drink and dance. I've been to some of the other clubs around town and they're either extremely expensive or extremely pretentious. The service here was immaculate, it was a $10 cover and $5 to check my coat (the girls were super nice) and i would say it was definitely worth it. Very fun time overall.

Had fun dancing here, drinks can be pricey and when it's getting crowded in the high season people spill drinks all over, but hey it's night club and people wanted to have fun right? My tips for dancing in the night club is, dance in the front of the DJ's it's the safest place from people stepping on your feet LOL. Happy dancing!

They have tables here with bottle service, but I'd go to Bootsy instead, just grab drinks here. It's a fun spot though

You have to admire a place that proudly uses Pablo Escobar as the name & logo of their establishment, and their branded vodka, and could care less what the authorities, residents and tourists think. But Escobar is what it is...and underground, packed club that can be hot, smelly and annoying, but if you're drunk it can be fun for a few drinks. I wouldn't spend a whole night here, but I'd have a drink or two and then go somewhere else, like Bootsy Bellows or Rec Room. The DJ's are usually just Ok in my opinion, and the music can vary greatly...from Hip Hop to Dance to Pop to House to EDM, all back-to-back. But it works. And it can be fun. But not for all night. Escobar took over the space that used to be the old 'Fly Lounge', which was the fuselage of an airplane, but has been revamped in a good way. So, now, the ceiling has cool lighting and feels more like you're in a spaceship than an airplane, and the random strip pole at one of the tables is fun for watching girls (and guys lol) try to work the pole. I wouldn't bother getting a table here, if you really want one, get one at Bootsy instead. So, come here for a few drinks, enjoy the scene and then head somewhere else as it can get really sweaty & dirty come late night. I usually try to avoid that, unless I'm partaking in the festivities as well, lol.

I was excited and hoping to meet Pablo's youngest nephew at this young, trendy and happening joint but instead walked into an airplane or so it felt. One side was a bar, the other a few tables and what seemed like a dance floor among a very strong sound system. One of the bartenders was absolutely adorable and very attentive and I was able to order a couple beverages with ease. I grabbed a couple shirts for gifts (who wouldn't want a shirt that screams "Escobar"?) and we were on our way. The scene was young and hot, hot gays (it was also the start of Gay Week in Aspen) and our gay friend was sleeping at the St. Regis (what the French?). Small loud nightclub with a somewhat cocky doorman who had told our friend to "go home and change out of his college clothes" the night before since he was wearing a hat and what looked like a sweatshirt as his top layer. Funny since this friend has a MBA and is an entrepreneur. Regardless, good times if you are in the right mood and great concept.

Really enjoyed ourselves at Escobar in Aspen. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was a great guy with an equally fear personality. Their staff is friendly and helpful which was great considering how packed they became. We went on a Sunday night and were surprised at how busy this place got. We had a great time and we're happy we ended up here after dinner. Will definitely be back!

Escobar is underground and built to look like it's inside of an airplane.

We sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine and the people walking by while we waited. Our meal of jerk chicken and oxtails was so authentic. We loved both dishes. The jerk is spicy in a slow burn way, perfect. The oxtails were slow cooked and delicious. I recommend this place for the food. We were not there for the bar, but it looked large with big TVs.

We wanted something casual and hearty during a winter outing in Glenwood Springs, and had walked by the tantalizing signage for chicken wings here several times before stopping in for lunch. Inside - dead. And because none of the usual indoor lighting was lit, the interior just seemed sort of sad, dirty, and run-down. There was one front-staff worker whose first language was definitely not English who was cleaning at the time and quickly sat us down with some menus. We had sort of a hard time communicating and getting our order down, but he definitely was doing his best. We got an order of Jamaican Jerk whole wings and Hot Honey regular wings. What you see is what you get - presentation isn't looking to impress, but portion size is quite ample. The whole wings are legit chicken quarters and the Jamaican Jerk was not playing around - a punchy jerk seasoning that had both of us drinking deeply from the spice, while the Hot Honey was a pleasant crowd-pleasing mix of flats and drums with a solid sweet to spicy ratio. All in all, we enjoyed our wings but probably would try coming when things are a little more lively so it's easier to ignore the ambiance.
