For parking you can either park next-door at a closedown store or try and find street parking for Tuesday with the World Cup being on it was a little busy and the weather was so they had the sliding doors open and you could either choose to sit inside or outside on the patio. Since it was a nice light breezy 90° day most people chose to sit outside, so all the patio tables were taken. We were told we could sit anywhere and they brought us a menu as soon as we seated. Are we just walked away and brought us back two glasses and a big craft of water. She gave us a few minutes to look over the menu which I do appreciate. But when she came back, asked if we had any questions I asked her how big the kids tiny burger was she said it's like the size of a slider and it came with nothing on it, but you could add whatever you wanted. I ended up going with the tiny burger off of the kids menu adding mayonnaise, lettuce, onion, and the bacon marmalade. My coworker ordered the same and a shredding tots. Food came out in a respectable amount of time. It was hot and fresh. You can see right into the kitchen as it is an old food trailer that they have set up as the cooking area, which was really cool. The waitress was bringing out food for other patrons. We noticed the size of the burgers and we were glad that we got the tiny ones. first bite of the burger was absolutely fabulous. It was juicy just enough pink and the flavors with the bacon marmalade out of this world. I did try one of my coworkers shredding. They were fabulous also with just a hint of blue cheese mixed in with the potato. Definitely a must try and will be going back the next time. I am in town.

We were a party of four in there for dinner, one gentleman got the fillet, I got the T-bone steak, the other two people shared a big salad, chucked fried steak, a baked spud and wine We had a very nice bottle of red wine at a fair price (the Malbec!) Everyone was very well pleased with the way the steaks were cooked, the presentation was nice, and the service was absolutely great by a gal named "Max" (which we figured was short for Maxine). Max absolutely loves her job, and it was obvious! She took great care of us! We were treated like long, lost friends, although it was my very first time in the restaurant. I strongly recommend checking this place out in Gunnison, the prices are quite fair for the type of food and the ambience.

They don't take reservations for parties less than six, so get there early. The dining room is rustic and filled with great mounts. The host and server were professional but casual. Our server Yvon was pleasant and attentive but made us feel a bit rushed. We ordered a Manhattan rocks and a Cosmo. Both drinks were fair pours and balanced correctly. We both chose Ribeyes for our entre. They were seasoned well and cooked to our ordered temps. The sides were also executed perfectly. We got our hopes up for the peanut butter chocolate pie for desert but it was 86ed. In all, we highly recommend this steakhouse for food, service, and value.

The bartenders were obviously working but also so fun and engaging with all the guests. They were helpful navigating the extensive cocktail menu AND made AMAZING dirty martinis. Definitely take advantage of their full bar. The food was stellar! I can't remember exactly what the catering menu entailed, but it was plentiful, flavorful, and had a wide variety. Everyone was happy, and spirits were high. The Lariat staff was really on top of all the logistics from what I could see. Maybe I'd consider coming here on a regular day or night, but something about attending a private event felt special.

The griddled cornbread and honey butter was FANTASTIC and the fish and chips was a super pleasant surprise! They advertise it as catfish... I hate channel cat (dark, muddy and fishy) so I didn't order it but my hubby did.... The catfish is Pangasius, also called Swai. They were huge fillets, white meat and not fishy at all. And the fries were crispy. It was super good! I had a Cobb that was yummy as well although I wish they had some type of vinaigrette. To top it off... the staff was super attentive and fun! Such a great experience!!!

The Crisp Air Don't Care Burger was amazing. Juicy, on the sweet side, but the cheese and green apples balanced it out beautifully! There are also heat sources (which were turned off during our time there, since it was so warm out). Our server was great, asked if we had been there before, then proceeded to walk us through the menu, and specials. The sandwiches, and burgers, come on their own/individually, and from there you can order sides, or shareables - which are larger portions of the sides. I had the Raven Chicken sandwich - which is basically a BLT, with cornmeal fried chicken tenders added. The sandwich had a large amount of romaine lettuce, tomato, and perfectly crispy bacon - it was perfectly delicious! We ordered a shareable sized regular tots (they also have lots of fun/flavor combos, but we wanted to try the original), they were plentiful, and perfectly crispy. We also ordered a half Caesar salad, which was also generously portioned, and came with the dressing on the side. Last, but not least, was my Bloody Mary. It was a drink and sandwich special (any sandwich), and was delightfully spicy, with some very tasty pickles. I really enjoyed it. We will absolutely be back to try out more of the menu!
