Just like Justin Timberlake leaving *NSYNC, my guy Mike opened up shop in Bartlett cause he knows what the people want. Lucky's floor design is open and huge. There are seats by the chairs, and couches across a fireplace and tv in the back. Really like how the waiting areas are set up. The haircut is always on point and there's something about that hot cream straight razor shave that gets the blood flowing. And that hot towel wipe down of the loose hair. God damn. Hell of a way to finish the experience. That Irish theme really does it for me too. Next time I go in, I'm going to slam a few cans of Guinness, put down a couple shots of Jameson, root for Notre Dame, then go home and watch the Irish Man until I fall asleep. I arrived at 7:33 PM, well before the 8:00 PM closing time posted on their official profile. I was shocked to be turned away and told my information was "wrong" by the staff, despite the fact that the barber clearly had a client in his chair at that time and their own platform explicitly lists them as open until 8:00 PM and welcomes walk-ins. It is completely unacceptable to misrepresent business hours and then handle a customer's frustration with such a dismissive, unprofessional attitude. This experience felt intentionally misleading. I will not be bringing my business here again, and I wanted to ensure other potential customers were aware of this behavior and the lack of transparency regarding their actual operations.

What I mean by that is most times you ask Hair Stylist to only takeoff a little they takeoff a lot, Dawn makes you feel very comfortable and only takes off a little. The shop is clean and very today looking and located in a shopping center that has plenty of parking. They also offer an array of products for your hair. You can tell the employees all love working there because they all have a positive rapport with one another which I think helps with the quality of energy during your visit. Especially when sometimes your visits are four hours at a time. We don't currently live in Chicago, but every time we are in Chicago area we will visit the sorelle salon!
