When he doesn't like something about me, his tenant he tells all his clients and friends. He talks very loud and arguementive. He is a slumlord he do not fix anything in my apartment. A very nasty man. When I moved in his place I loved it and there were no sign of any kind of rodents. I moved in his building march 2019. The end of August 2019 I started notice the mice feces and the mice was eating though everything in the drawer.i also was seeing mi e feces under the kitchen sink as well. I stay in the weekend of October 4, 2019 in Chicago and my Brother passed away on the fifth of October and when I got home I notice that the mice ate though my bread. Remind when I first moved there was no sign of mice or any rodents. I reported it to the landlord. He brought up a hugh animal and sit it in front of the kitchen sink. He told me that should take care of the problem. Guess what it didn't and he never come back to my apartment to resolve that issue to this day. That's just one of the issues. This summer he only turned on the air the first couple of days of month and he collect rent he turns it off. If me or my pregnant daughter had asthma we would have suffocated in our sleep. Now there is inadequate heat. By Illinois law the landlords are required to turn the heat on the 15th day of October. That didn't happen. My pregnant daughter and I were really cold in this apartment. Also a result my pregnant started getting sick because of inadequate heating. I was shocked to be turned away and told my information was "wrong" by the staff, despite the fact that the barber clearly had a client in his chair at that time and their own platform explicitly lists them as open until 8:00 PM and welcomes walk-ins. It is completely unacceptable to misrepresent business hours and then handle a customer's frustration with such a dismissive, unprofessional attitude. This experience felt intentionally misleading. I will not be bringing my business here again, and I wanted to ensure other potential customers were aware of this behavior and the lack of transparency regarding their actual operations.

What I mean by that is most times you ask Hair Stylist to only takeoff a little they takeoff a lot, Dawn makes you feel very comfortable and only takes off a little. The shop is clean and very today looking and located in a shopping center that has plenty of parking. They also offer an array of products for your hair. You can tell the employees all love working there because they all have a positive rapport with one another which I think helps with the quality of energy during your visit. When you walk in you'll notice it's a small space, literally a 1-chair, 1-man show, but the space is clean and bright. Maybe even before that though you'll already have been warmly greeted by Stanley. Stanley is a true professional in the business who has been in it for decades now, loves what he does, and prides himself in it. And you'll figure that out because he'll tell you directly, i.e. this isn't a transactional "insert money, receive haircut". This is the full friendly neighborhood barber experience who is trying to be a positive influence in his community, briefly greeting any and just about every passerby. It means the haircut may take a bit longer, but the positive vibes are undeniable. Oh, and of course he is meticulous and methodical with his cuts. I'd endured a couple of average cuts, but Stanley really took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave me an excellent cut.
