I typically like referrals when it comes to work on my home, so I was a little apprehensive about calling them, without knowing someone personally that they've done work for. I know some people are getting away from websites and just relying on social media and reviews, but I appreciate a good and professional online presence. I read their site to see all the services they provide and reached out. Someone responded immediately and gave me, what I thought was reasonable and was willing to pay for, a decent price. They sent out the estimate, do's and don'ts, a reminder, and the name and picture of the person coming to my home. Kudos to the owner for literally just establishing good business and good customer service, this is how it should be done. 5 stars also goes to Isaiah, who was my rep that completed my service. He did an awesome job. I had a few couple of concerning spots that now look great! Thanks Isaiah and thanks Wise Guys for the business. I will be sure to recommend to my community and HOA!
