Biju is different and not only looked the part but has also demonstrated over the course of ~20 workouts a deep knowledge of each muscle group, which movements target each specific muscles, and how to get the most gains out of workouts. I'm impressed by the physical changes of my body over a short time and how no two workouts are ever the same. Each session is one hour and targets two muscle groups (back/biceps, chest/triceps, and shoulders/legs). I questioned this because I have a very demanding job. Then was told in order to talk to a provider at all it needs to be an appointment in person because they are too busy. Meanwhile they have seen me 2 time in two weeks. I have had multiple miscarriages this last year and those specialty doctors took time out of their day to call me themselves to see how I was doing. Quality of care exists, just not at this office. My time and energy is important to me so I will be getting a different primary care provider.
