Such a great experience, the owner was super friendly super attentive of us. The food is top notch. The croquetas were the best part !!! Loved it definitely coming back !!!

I came in with my son to eat a steak sandwich. I didn't expect much, but we were in the area and hungry. Let me state that it was amazing!! Cute little cozy spot, very clean, very polite. Great taste. Highly recommend it. I feel bad for the restaurant industry in these times. Tip well. #covid2020

I had a dish that I'm not gonna try to pronounce, but it was a fried plantain with grilled chicken and onions and salad. I asked for some sauces and they brought out this wonderful chimichurri and mayonnaise sauce that was so good. I loved my meal. It was a lot of food. It wasn't crazy expensive the service could've been a little better however it's a cute little restaurant and I would go back and recommend to others.

This one honestly makes me sad to write because Patacon Pisao used to be one of my go-to spots…read more I've been here countless times since I was a kid and over the years had always really enjoyed the food and that neighborhood restaurant feel it had. Unfortunately, this last visit was completely different. The service was extremely slow from the moment we arrived. It took a long time just for someone to acknowledge us, then another long wait to have our order taken, followed by an even longer wait for the food to come out. When it finally arrived, it wasn't at the temperature or quality I remembered. Some of the food was barely warm, while the salmon seemed overly reheated and the patacón was chewy. The whole meal felt like it may have been sitting for a while before reaching our table. What was most disappointing was knowing how good this place used to be. It just didn't have the same quality, attention, or neighborhood feel that made me keep coming back in the past. I really hope this was just an off day because I have genuinely loved this place before. Unfortunately, based on this particular visit, it was a very disappointing experience.

My wife and I decided to give this place a try. The food was terrible and tasteless. The only thing…read morewe liked was the bread. For beverages I ordered a hot tea and my wife ordered a coke. Unfortunately my wife received coke in a can which we really dislike when restaurants do this and I received hot water with a tea packet and some sugar packets (no complaints on my end) so far. As previously stated the bread was delicious. It was crispy outside and airy inside and tasted amazing with more than a hint of garlic. When our main entrees arrived we were stunned by how tasteless and disgusting the rice was. The rice had to have been sitting around in the back for a while. The rice was not fresh it was room temperature and clumpy. The rice would not break apart when I tapped it with my fork, it was like the rice was stuck together. The beef on my entree and my wife's entree were both tasteless and room temperature. Nothing was seasoned. I repeat nothing was seasoned. Theses entrees looked good and were very promising based on appearance. However, they tasted bad. Even the fries were unsalted and tasteless mush. The service was also terrible and our server seemed very preoccupied with other things. I believe he was the only waiter/server working during the time we were there. He was very impatient and rushed us for our orders. And he does not know English at all. It felt like we were running on his time. My pregnant wife was feeling stressed out by his behavior. The atmosphere was ok. It was kinda loud but the place wasn't bad atmosphere wise. There were not many people there even though it was around 3pm. It was just us and 3 other tables. Final opinion is this the worst Cuban restaurant my wife and I have ever been to. They took forever to bring out food that was not even fresh. We have had Cuban buffets that were fresher than this. We definitely will never return here. I hope your experience is better than ours. God bless and stay safe.

I got the fish and shrimp combo which was good. It was a bit salty and needed more spice but, I enjoyed the portion with yucca and plantains. The place was good and vibe was great.
