The food is great but service is nto that great. First I was seating at a table waiting on my food and they asked me to move to sit other people in, when there was another empty table. Then, I paid for two sauces, even though they are free if you eat in the place, and I paid for them. I then ask for picante and she said they didn't have although they did. After I insisted I was told it was $0.75 even though it is free if you eat inside... I also paid for a guava pastry and they gave me a ham one. Good food, horrible service.

    Promotion

I understand that many of us lead demanding schedules and I, like most people, dislike having my time wasted. I recently contacted your organization due to a promotion advertised on your Instagram page. Prior to making the trip, I confirmed the price with the representative I spoke with on the phone. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the promotion was no longer valid, even though it remained posted on your Instagram account, which has since been deleted. In this situation, I do not see the value in having confirmed the details ahead of time, as the information provided was ultimately inaccurate. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and provide an explanation for the discrepancy between the advertised promotion and the actual offer available to customers. Moving forward, it would be helpful if your online marketing materials were kept up-to-date to avoid any confusion or wasted time for your patrons.

Good coffee, decent food, bad customer Service. The staff should take customer service classes.

This was a really cute place. I ordered the "16 pieces Potelitos variadas" and it came in a little bucket and was sooo good! It had different types of empanadas, cheese tequeños, and fun different flavors of pastelitos!! 4 stars and not 5 only because I wish the coffee was a bit sweet after asking for vanilla in it. Didn't seem like there was any in it. The lady at the cashier was VERY nice, seemed like she might've been the manager. She gave me lots ideas of things to try and even gave me a free little treat!! I definitely hope to come by more often and try more of their yummy food!! Que ricoooo

Nice cute and neat place in Doral. I came to get a coffee and a pastry. Well, I did got what I wanted and so tasty. Specially the coffee. They made it soooooo good and the way I asked for it. The parking is suuuuuper limited so maybe you should take that into consideration, I found a place because I went on a weekday.

Supercute cafe at NW 87th avenue and 25th street. They offer far more than just coffee... Great tequenos and other latin treats.

Today I took a lane down my Venezuelan roots, and I was not shocked to find such great customer service and delicious coffee from my people. They really take pride on their coffee and it shows. I was so impressed with the taste, and I am coming for more rounds in the future. I recommend trying their arepas. They make it with fresh ingredients, and savory sauce. I ordered mine of chicken, while my husband got the carne. And we were both licking our fingers after finishing our arepas. We also got a side of tequeños. Which were filled with cheese

Guess we came at a good time cause later we did see more people come in. For starters, the staff here were all so professional and welcoming. Shoutout to MARIA for being the sweetest! Great recommendations from her. I loved the food so much. Mix ceviche -- so refreshing and loved the variety Jalea Bocas house (fried shrimp, fried fish, fried yuca fries) -- a little bit of everything and fried perfectly. Paired with the sauces. Skirt and fettuccine -- cooked as I requested (medium). Packed with flavor. SO FREAKING GOOD. Arroz cremoso de aji Amarillo with lomo saltado -- unique dish that worked so well. Recommend! Spicy margarita -- best drink here. Mezcal mule -- my mom and I didn't really like it because it was too smoky. Maria was kind enough to swap it out for us with another spicy margarita and didn't charge for the mezcal mule. Love the ambiance. They have daily promos on some of their items so be sure to check it out. I highly recommend this spot. 10/10

From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent. The host and wait staff paid attention to every little detail and made us feel genuinely welcomed. My wife had the bandeja paisa bowl, and I went with the risotto lomo saltado. That dish almost put me to sleep in the best way possible. Comfort food level 100. We had to finish the night with one of their coffees, and it was the perfect ending to the meal. Big shoutout to our server Elvis, who guided us through the menu and gave great recommendations. En más de dos décadas viviendo aquí, jamás había comido algo tan auténtico, tan bien ejecutado, sin poder hacerle una sola crítica. Ni una. Hasta el café fue impecable. The menu is very latin, cachapas, arepas, chicharron, tacos, tostones... but they also have burgers and hotdogs. I had the Cheese Cachapa with chicken, and chicharron. The Chicharron was perfectly fried and, and the cachapa was delicious, especially with the nata sauce. Portions are generous so we had leftovers. Service is informal, don't expect a warm and friendly welcome, think more fast-food personality, but they get the job done. So, a great place for a quick stop with good food.
