I am very satisfied with the customer service these guys offer. I went here a second time two days ago and was very unsatisfied at how my nails looked. One was bigger than the other, the coffin shape I wanted was not there, and the paint job was patchy. It could have just been a bad day for the lady that did my nails that day but I just saw it as unacceptable as I spent $65 for what looked like a $20 job. I contacted there yelp page and the guy was more than happy to help me out. I went in this morning and he examined them and talked to me about what I wanted. He had one of the lady's named Brittany replace them with a whole new set for free and on top of that these are honestly the best nails I have ever had. I attended this nail salon for the first time today based on their stellar reviews and they definitely did not disappoint! I got there right after they opened and was able to get seated immediately. I had a picture of what a wanted and one of the sweet ladies helped me pick a color that would be the closest match. The lady who did my nails was so incredibly sweet and did a fantastic job! I hate that I can't remember exactly what her name is but I'm positive it was something like Terrie or Tracy. She was nice to talk to and when I mentioned that I had work today she asked when I had to be in to make sure she didn't make me late... I really appreciated that! One of the metallic shellac's I had picked to go over one of my SNS nails had worn off on the tip and they fixed it free of charge. I also had broken one of my nails (just whacked it on my son's drawer) and they also fixed that free of charge . I've been to this location a few times and had great experiences. However,I swear the nail technician I had last night was angry at the entire world and was sawing my fingers down! Sensing how tense I was and when I'd jerk my hand when it hurt, she kept telling me to "relax". I told her it was hurting and she kept sawing away at my finger. So much so, that my skin was bleeding when I left. I will never go back here again and I hope I don't get any sort of infection!! tldr; filed my nails so roughly that it cut my fingers multiple times. I will preface this review by saying I have not had a manicure in several years, but I'm pretty sure I experienced an unusual thing. I got a response very quickly via Yelp and had an appointment setup for yesterday evening. The location was easy to find but parking was not great. Kind of a weird lot. When I got inside, it was kind of chaotic and I wasn't sure what I needed to do. After a few minutes, a man took my name, explained a few things, and showed me where to pick my colors. He then had me sit at a manicure station and I waited for a while, not too terribly long, just wasn't sure what was going on. The older man who came to assist me was polite and got me a bottle of water. The process overall was simple and not too stressful, I was just getting a basic gel manicure. However, my issue was with the buffing/filing? He ended up filing my nails hard enough to leave cuts/splits in my skin around several of my fingers. I expressed concern but I assumed it was just sore and he seemed to not think it was a big deal. I didn't really notice the splits until today because I had gotten red nail polish and the paint job was a little messy. Today when the paint outside of my nail washed off, I was able to see the splits. It's quite painful and distracting since I type at a computer all day. I've been coming to E'Shee Nails since I moved to Austin in May. While I appreciate that Jane has done a good job on my nails unfortunately the store doesn't have good practices in place to protect their customers personal belongings if they are left there. I left a pair of cute, black UGGs that were a Christmas gift from my step-daughter who was 9 years old at the time. Not only were they expensive but they had sentimental value. Because Von doesn't have a good Lost and Found policy, someone stole them. How sad that he would allow random people to just take things that aren't theirs. Von said he just leaves shoes, coats, etc in the front for whoever to claim them. For jewelry he will put that to the side. What a bad practice. It doesn't take much effort to place people's personal belongings in the back until they can reclaim them. Then after a reasonable amount of time donate the belongings if no one claims it. For me, I'm there every 2-3 weeks. What's the issue with keeping shoes for 3 weeks until someone can get them. I'm disappointed and saddened and just can't support a place that doesn't care enough of their customers to do the right thing when personal belongings are left behind. And when I asked Von what he was going to do to make this right, his response, we're not responsible for personal belongings. Not even an offer for a one time free fill for a loyal customer. read more

Have gone here for several years, but last two pedicures were so poorly done and uncomfortable I will not go back. My nails are rough, color not covering entire nail, and smudged when my sandals were put back on by the technician. Instead the color is now on my shoes! She knew it happened, but did not make any effort to repair the nails. I paid to go home and redo my nails and have polish on my sandals. Poor attention to detail and seem not to care. Absolutely no customer service in this place! I can see why staff members can be rude, they take after management who shows no example of what Customer Service truly is. I've been coming here for more than two years but that means nothing to this place. I got my nails done Thursday and went back on Saturday because my nail broke, I had taken pictures of the colors I wanted my nails to be. I showed the pictures to the person that was going to fix my nail and by the time he was done with my nail it was clearly a different color from the rest of my nails. I questioned why that nail was a different color and he said "no,no is good" I said that's not the same color and he said "look is free, is free" What I'm supposed to do with that! Right? So I brought this issue with the front desk staff (a lady) and she found out that somehow the person that worked on my nails the previous time got the wrong SNS color. So she turns around to talk to who I think is the manager and said "I don't know what to do with this" she explains everything that happened and walks away. So, I tell him look I can't walk out of this place with one nail a different color, this is actually the color that I wanted to begin with. How much would you charge to have a color change, technically I shouldn't have to pay because it wasn't my mistake to begin with because I showed the picture and the person grabbed the wrong color. We keep going back and forth and by this time I was already frustrated, because he didn't seem like he truly care he just wanted his extra money and get me out of his face. I was finally taken back, and the lady that did my nails was absolutely wonderful! As she was working on my nails the previous technician came to talk to her in their language so I had no idea what they talked about. She didn't even acknowledge me, didn't even apologize and not only that she stormed off and went to talk to the manager.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! At the end the manager ended up charging me again, and made it seem like it was my fault for not checking the color the first time. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT. I am a licensed cosmetologist and they DO NOT sanitize their implements state board approved. They use nasty brushes to brush off your SNS they don't use new files or clean them. The drill tops are DISGUSTING. I've gotten INFECTED in my finger twice now from them. (My stupidity,why did I go back after the first one) my friend likes to go there. Never ever will I return. Sanitation rules are NOT followed, I would know, I went to school and had to take many tests over this. I will be calling state board. be educated on how nail techs need to be cleaning and disposing of their implements because they are not doing it right.
