I arrived a few minutes early but ended up wandering the hallways looking for it, and there isn't much waiting space once you arrive. The beginning of the treatment also had me wondering, "Is this it?" But then it really ramped up, and wow...it became incredibly relaxing. Dee was wonderful. It honestly felt like someone was playing with your hair for 90 minutes in the best possible way, and the scalp, neck and shoulder massages were fantastic. I left feeling completely relaxed. A few small things I'd suggest: * Include the suite number and arrival instructions in the confirmation materials. * The music was a little louder than I prefer, though I understand it's probably to help mask noise from the surrounding salon suites. * The leg wedge was a bit too high for my comfort, but that's personal preference. * Keeping supplies on a rolling cart next to the treatment table might help avoid having to step away as often during the service. After the lash lift and tint, I decided to also get my brows threaded and tinted (again for the first time) and she was very patient with helping me achieve the best look. I was able to immediately tell how clean she kept herself and her place. It was conservatively decorated and felt professional the whole time. Anusha explained all the aftercare maintenance, as well as making me feel comfortable the whole time. We talked for the whole duration of my appointment and I learned that she is a hard worker and very dedicated to her craft. I had a different nail tech from the first two visits, and she just didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was super rough on my nails. She tried to pry the nail polish off my natural fingernail with some sort of implement, and it hurt pretty badly. I had to yank my hand back and tell her to stop. She cut my finger and filed my nails so roughly. She didn't seem to know what she was doing, and wasn't consistent between each hand. And the manicure just looked like doo-doo when it was all said and done. I don't know why she was so rushed, since the place was empty and all the nail techs were sitting around chatting. I would avoid this place if possible. I like how close it is to my home, but the inconsistency among the nail techs is not worth it.
