i've been coming here since i was 15 in 2021. the service is always amazing. i usually get a female…read morenail tech but have had two male techs. everyone is so hard working! e'shee is a bit on the pricier side, but my nails always last so long. the good service, conversation, and safe location also make up for the price! they even offer you refreshments and have a lot to choose from. btw pay in cash for a discount! i've gotten acrylic and gel done for my manicures. recently, i got the deluxe 1 and classic 1 pedicures. for the classic 1, i got a french pedicure done and it lasted almost 2 months before it started chipping. (see picture for how it looked at 6-7 weeks, before i cut it.) they always give a relaxing foot and leg massage!

She even warned me ahead of time, "let me know if it's too strong, I have strong hands," and I immediately said don't even worry because it felt amazing from the start. It wasn't one of those light, surface-level massages. She actually got in there and worked through the tension, and you could feel the relief happening in real time. The kind where you walk out feeling looser, lighter, and like your muscles can finally breathe again. If you're someone who actually wants pressure and results, ask for Tina. Walked in here on a Friday afternoon after work and was seated immediately, staff was so friendly and helpful. I was randomly given an available person for a pedicure and I was shocked by Apple's quality of service. I got a full set on toes with gel - the Champagne Rose Pedicure (smelled amazing). It is so hard to find someone who knows how to do a GOOD full set on toes and I didn't even have to critique it. So I definitely recommend booking with APPLE! Also major bonus points for the overall vibe. The nail techs are polite and not chit chatting with each other during your service. They're a charming, family-run salon that offers a wonderful customer experience. I received a gel pedicure and full set of acrylics this last visit. Pedicure used classpass credits but for the fresh acrylics and tip I paid $80. Ly is incredibly detail oriented. She was so meticulous about my nails and took the time to make sure I liked them throughout the process. I struggle with acrylics because techs I've used in the past have been aggresive and my nails/cuticles are sore for the first couple of days, but Ly is so talented and I didn't have this issue at all. It is clear that this family cares about their work and they take the time to make sure everyone leaves satisfied and I noticed this in their treatment of other clients there at the time as well. Because it is just the three of them, be prepared to spend some time there especially if its busy and for a fresh set of acrylics. Their teamwork is seamless and efficient, and their service is very personalized and throrough. Thank you Ly for being patient with me when I had to run out to catch a movie in time! It felt like Vicky half-assed the entire pedicure. I added the callus remover as an extra and she barely applied the product and did two swipes with the remover equipment. My nails aren't cut straight and a couple nails at crooked. She also took the nail file over my big toe after she painted and had the nails under the light... and it's now super rough over the nail polish and messed up the polish. She handed me the ticket to pay and got up and walked away without even leaving me a pathway to get up from the chair, leaving her equipment cart in that spot, it was the technician right next to her that kindly moved it for me. Overall, the vibes in the salon are great! I would just avoid Vicky as a nail tech.

He was a little rough to the touch as times with my pedi. The pulling and moving my feet & toes quickly and/ or forcing them down from time to time was uncomfortable. I didn't say anything but looked at him. The manicure wasn't done completely. He massaged my forearm but missed my hands. I asked if he was going to massage my hands, he looked at me and said yes, but no massage to my hand was performed. I looked around at other customers and their hands were massaged a little after their forearm. Their tech had them wash their hands afterwards. Ken had me wash my hands right after my forearm. He polished my nails and said thank you. He placed a fan in front of my hands but didn't say how long I needed to stay in front of the fan. Normally im told 2 mins etc...I touched my nails after 3 mins and turned off the fan. When I checked out I did let the lady know it wasn't a good experience for me this time. She inquired, I told her Ken didn't ask me if I wanted any water etc..as I watch other customer receive sodas & waters. The lady replied, oh really he normally does. I replied he didn't. I said I didn't appreciate all the pulling / tugging as well as him placing the fan in front of me and not saying how long I needed to dry my nails. The receptionist excuse for Ken's behavior was he doesn't speak English which I thought was bananas. I still have a small tip, but asked that he not be assigned to me again. She agreed in doing so. I thought about my experience on my way home. A mani/ pedi is not cheap. If I can't enjoy it and relax I'd rather not return nor refer any more friends to their shop. I'm disappointed. R. Chambers
