After rescheduling a few times due to to weather & other issues, he came out and scoped 5 drains. He pointed out multiple problems with the pipes, then gave us suggestions to water jet the two clogged pipes instead of snaking so as to not potentially clog the remaining unclogged pipes (due to them all being connected). He first diagnosed the problem over the phone and offered me advice on how to attempt to mitigate the problem myself. Unfortunately, I needed a pro, and John was the right guy for the job. I want to take the time to Thank you John P. for your quick response on getting my boiler replaced. My boiler' life expectancy had come to end on very cold rainy Sunday. I lost complete heating, frantically I had tried to reach out to multiple plumbers/companies and no one had time either to come right away or won't be available till the next evening or the week. Luckily, John called back and he tried to guide me to how to get the boiler starting again but I had very little knowledge on this.
