Anthony arrived with another gentleman, Dom, on time and they patiently listened while I explained what was going on and what I tried. Anthony told me they'd first try to snake the drain and if that didn't work, there was another procedure with a water jet. I appreciated him being upfront about the fact that the first thing they would try may not work in order to set expectations. Decided to go with the snaking and Anthony let me know the price and proceeded to do the work. They were very thorough, spending about an hour working on it and testing it. By the end of the snaking, everything was working without an issue! Throughout the work, Anthony and Dom were extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, the work that he did not resolve the noise problem, but rather, created a leak that damaged my floor boards. (The plumber had to come back the next day for the leak.)

They were not able to find that anything with wrong with it. I was charged a $200 service fee. I had called another plumber to get a second opinion and he was able to figure out what was wrong with it in minutes. I reached out to big Apple plumbing to see if they would be able to refund me due to them not being able to figure out the issue and me having to call someone else. They told me they were unable to give me a refund because 1. I did not call them back if the problem continued- I called someone else for a second opinion. 2. The receipt that I had from the other plumber did not have his business address on it. 3. They are also claiming that they had advised me to change the thermostat, which they never did.
