Erwin and his crew were excellent on all levels! My wife was hoping to have a large paint job done before hosting Thanksgiving and Espana painting came through! Erwin gave us a very fair price quote. His crew was extremely professional and very neat. They were at our home for three days and did everything to accommodate our families needs. Espana was able to fix an unsightly crack in our ceiling which you can no longer see. Our ceiling was over 15 years old and in need of a paint job. The crew did a full day of prep work, filling past dents and wall damages. Erwin was great about helping us pick out paint (color and sheen). Espana crew was on time or early for all three days. All of the furniture that could not be moved was covered in plastic and the floors were completely covered in paper and tape to keep it clean. If i could rate Erwin and his team a million stars I would. He quoted me a fair price and before beginning work, he walked me through the property and set expectations for what was and wasn't feasible. I had really bowed walls that unless there was a total wall replacement, it would be hard to hide. Long story short, you can't notice any bowed or wavy walls. I had him paint my condo head to toe, including the cabinets and they finished EARLY! He coordinated other repair people I needed, like a plumber which really helped me not have to take time off work. I trusted Erwin and his team with a key to my condo and put full faith in him. Our 4 unit condo had not been painted in 7 years. Erwin's team arrived at the exact time agreed upon and we reviewed the process. A feature of this company is that there is a process that the painters follow. They approach the project methodically and consistently. -They covered all the windows with plastic and placed drop clothes all around. -They work really hard getting ALL of the old paint off. I was amazed at how hard they worked to do that. 3 days of prep and it was worth it. -Carpenters came in and replaced several rotten window sills and many feet of clapboard that had been damaged. Replaced old and rotten molding from around all the windows. -Primed with oil paint tinted to match the final color. And all open seams were caulked and sealed. -Final coat of paint resulted in those painted surfaces in as good as new condition but with a better paint job the building has seen since 1900. This is the second time hiring this service. I had them paint the inside of my unit over the summer and was also very pleased at that time. The guys that work for this company are all really professional, friendly and neat. They are respectful and clean up well every evening. I will hire them again. read more
