I had an appointment with the company for an estimate and the vendor never came because he didn't receive a timely response to a confirmation text sent the morning of the appointment. The vendor never called to follow up the text and never made it known that the appointment would be canceled if the confirmation text wasn't received or answered. Our rugs look great and they were an easy company to deal with. Our pricing was fair. There was a tile damaged during install however that was brand new. They told us they had to hold our carpet for a while because we had a delay on a construction beam and our project had a 3 week delay, so basically that we should take care of the damages ourselves. They apologized but that was all. There was also a picture frame the installer must have dropped and broke as well, it was a cheap frame so I didn't say anything, but would have been nice if they told me they did it before they left. So overall our experience was good, but if there are any damages caused when installing I wouldn't expect them to help you fix it. read more
