Tldr: great food, but pricey I ordered the Picanha sandwich which is one of their top sellers. I ended up paying more than what's listed on their truck plus a random convenience fee for credit card which I wasn't aware of. The food itself was delicious, especially the fries which were fresh and crispy. I would've liked more protein in the sandwich since I paid almost $14 for everything. Overall, convenient location for students that offers good food.

Not really worth the $22 I paid for one plate. I got steak, but the majority of it was literally just fat. It was so chewy that I had to spit a ton of it out after trying to chew it because it was just so fatty and chewy. I also asked for medium rare and my steak was more well done. The fries were really good though and the salad was just normal. The rice was decent too, but honestly was just disappointed with the steak because I was craving it for a while.

I love the food that I had. The service was amazing, very fresh and the flavor it was very good! The ambience is very nice and clean. Good place to go with a family.

a plate of steak and french fries

Had the gaucho plate and exceeded expectations! Quality meat with an abundance of sides. The perfect medium steak complicated with incredibly seasoned fries, a salad, all on a bed of rice! A great bang for your buck. Will come again! Enough food to share and to save for later.

I've always liked watching YouTube videos about Brazilian food, especially Picanha. Naturally, when I saw that this was available in such close proximity to me, I had to stop. My eyes widened as I saw the magical word on this bright red food truck. My dream had finally come true. I chatted with the owner about all things Brazil for a few minutes, and he took time out to really educate me on his culture. He told me that I should order the Picanha, so I did. What I really liked about this place is that everything was made fresh to order. He was upfront about the short waiting time, and insisted upon the quality of his food. So I waited... And I was rewarded. The fries were amazing. The outside had a crisp, glass-like exterior, while the inside remained fluffy and soft. The seasoning was spectacular, and had a unique spice blend that set off fireworks in my palette. The Picanha was pretty good, even though it was cut off into thin strips and covered with sauce, which makes it more difficult to appreciate the natural steaky-ness of the meat. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience. The food was tasty, and the owner was very pleasant. 4/5 stars.

I was invited back by the owners and they remade the dishes. Absolutely delicious and the way it was intended to be. Give them a try and you'll be pleased. Make sure to say medium rare so there is zero confusion by whatever is cooking the food. I was very excited to try this place and I am sad to say it did not live up to the hype. I first saw this truck at the Light Fest but they were just closing! Since that moment I was craving Picahna and like anyone that loves Brazilian BBQ knows the best cut is the Picahna. Look at the website and you are greeted by freshly grilled sirloin and a juicy/sizzling cut. I ordered and paid through Google Pickup and expected that the order was ready at the specified time. When we showed up, the man working said they don't make food until the patron is there. This makes sense if I didn't pay to prevent waste... but considering I paid already, this seemed silly. Since I thought I would be in and out I parked on the street and was greeted by a parking ticket on the way back. I don't blame the parking ticket on this place.. it just made the whole experience worse considering the whole situation. Look at the pick up time and the ticket time :(. When I got the food, the Picanha was overcooked and dry. Everything was WAY too salty. Would not come back and very disappointed. Again - the parking ticket is my fault for not paying (i thought I'd be in & out) - but the food dry and overly salted along with the food not available at the pickup time provided... that's on the place.

Still super good! Staff is very friendly. Food was delicious, but do wish the hoagie was toasted better.

Really solid food truck with all the right secret sauce to being an incredible food truck. Next time I come back, I'll try one of their signature dishes instead. I had the special instead and it had pork tenderloin, sausage, rice/meat, fries, and a salad for $9.50! Lots of food for just under $10. The sausage was really good and had a great crispier texture on it. Cooked to perfection in my opinion. The salad was your typical one spring mix with ranch. Nothing special but it wasn't drowned in ranch. The rice was awesome! Had some black beans and bits of meat. The fries were definitely fresh and just came out. They sprinkled a bit of spices on it which gave it a nice flavour and kick (reminded me of the same fries you would get at a Mediterranean place). Now to the main part of the dish. The pork tenderloin was of really good quality and the flavor was decent. I just wish I had a lot more of it. The middle was quite bland. It was cooked decently but I think it could be seasoned a lot more. Decent food truck! I'll be back to try the signature plates.

Authentic Brazilian goodie's! Service was first rate. Felt like a slice of homemade heaven. Try to leave room for dessert.

Located in the food truck park on campus. A bit on the pricey end for a food truck, but very filling and tasty meal. Happy to try it.

I got the spicy tenders and they had a spicy aftertaste but they weren't TOO spicy - my nose only sweat a little The spicy chicken paired with the fluffy sweet waffle with syrup was a crazy good combination. I love a good sweet and savory combo The french fries were gorgeous. Thicc, crisp outside, soft inside, and some yummy ass seasoning They were great on their own but once I dipped them in the longhorn sauce ... GAME OVER. ugh so good. Sandro got the chicken sandwich and it was just as good. The brioche bun was toasted and it came with ranch and pickles (he asked for no pickles though) He also added some of the longhorn sauce to his sandwich and it tasted great. I don't know what they put in the longhorn sauce to make it so good and addicting... but that sauce HITTTTSSSS Last but not least, the mac&cheese was SUPER creamy and did not last very long because it was very tasty I love Longhorn Chicken. We got great service and everything we ate was absolutely delicious. They get 5 chefs kisses from me ‍
