I requested a quote a couple weeks before my son's birthday party from a few places on yelp and Esparza rentals was not only one of the first ones to reply, but they were also the cheapest by at least $20! They don't overcharge for the rentals or for delivery. It's very competitive pricing. Their customer service is very responsive. The only thing "bad" I have to say is when messaging back and forth, it got a little frustrating at times because they said they sent the contract to my email address, but I didn't receive anything or they said they sent a picture through the yelp app and didn't receive anything. Either way, I'll still leave it as 5-stars because they are well deserved for everything else that they do well! These guys have been my go-to for the past few years when planning anything! We used Esparza Rentals to rent a bounce house, chairs and tables. They were great to work with and have great prices too. Their website is super easy to use. I got a package deal that included a smaller bounce house with a small slide, three tables and 24 chairs. This was exactly the kind of bounce house I was looking for and not all companies have them - this one is not too big or small and the slide is enjoyed by all the kids. I also added an extra two tables and 26 chairs. They arrived in plenty of time, and although there was a slight mix up on the number/type of tables ordered, they remedied the issue promptly. The tables and chairs were all clean and so was the jumper. They also came later in the evening to pick everything up, and they were quick and efficient. Once you place your online order they will get back to you to confirm and once it is confirmed, then the payment will process and you will be set for your date and rentals.
