WOW! Once again, Esparza Rentals is awesome. Second time using them and everything was absolutely perfect again. We rented a huge 20x40 canopy tent with lighting and side walls, 100 chairs, 20 tables with linens and a 13x13 jumper. This was perfect for my mother in laws 60th surprise birthday party this past weekend. They delivered on time and worked very fast to get everything set up in our back yard. They also took the time to clean everything very well because of the ash in the air from the Holy fires in nearby Corona. The next day after the party, they arrived on time and quickly picked everything back up. so amazing. so great. i wish more party rental companies were as good with their service as they are. 1) i originally requested delivery at 930am. last minute the day before, i asked if they could deliver earlier if possible , and she said she could actually deliver the night before if that was more convenient. I rented a mini combo jumper, with tables and chairs for my daughters birthday. Their prices were the best out of everyone I called. The crew arrived early in the day so I had plenty of time to set up, and my daughter got a little extra jump time which was great. Everything was very clean. I have artificial grass, and they took extra care to anchor the jumper down in a way that wouldn't damage my turf. They arrived to pick it up right on time the next morning. We rented a mini combo with basketball hoop bouncer and a 10x10 canopy. The bouncer was so much fun for the kids. It was clean and set up perfectly. Esparza rentals went above and beyond! They ordered Toy Story banners for the jumper to match my son's bday party theme at no extra charge! They dropped the equipment off the day before the party and picked it up at noon the day after the party, so I basically had the equipment for 2 days... also at no extra charge. One of the tablecloths I rented accidentally went home with my sister. I was able to get it from her and return it to them the day after they picked up the rest of the rentals... again.. no extra charge! They are GREAT at communication and everyone I talked to was super friendly. They were such a pleasure to work with! I haven't been this impressed by a business in a long time! Great! I rented a jumper with tables and chairs package. Delivery was within time frame given as well as pick up. I would love to give 5 stars, however the customer service number is awful. Service is terrible so you have to repeat everything several times, I called several times with no answer during business hours. The owner did text me and helped me out a ton! All in all very happy with the jumper and tables, they cleaned the jumper in front of you, tables and chair were spotless, really happy with the quality of the items.
