During my first massage, I had a ton of knots and tightness in my shoulders and she did a ton of great work breaking through all of that. Since then, she has really helped keep my shoulders and neck in a good place. I used to have problems with crippling muscles spasms in my shoulder blades and now those are a thing of the past. Sometimes I get so busy, it's hard to remember to take care of my body and I let stress take over. That's why I'm so glad I signed up for her monthly service because it's such a great way to prevent that stress from creating tightness that leads to horrible spasms I used to deal with frequently!
