I wish I had the same experience as some of you. That was the worst burger I've ever had in my entire life. I think they put expired cheese on it. The meat might've been expired as well. It just didn't taste right. The onion rings also left a lot to be desired. The french fries were OK. And then worst of all it took almost 30 minutes to get our order. The waitress Tayler is absolutely amazing. Super helpful and attentive. She's the only reason I come here. Shes provides great service and has been nothing but nice and accommodating. Shes always makes sure my order is correct and goes above and beyond whenever I come in. However the only negative experiences I've had there is with a girl named merola. She is the rudest and most disrespectful employee there that I've ever had the misfortune to meet. Shes dismissive and overall gives a "I don't care". Asked my husband to pick up Greek Chicken salads for us last night as Esperanza Burger had my absolute favorite one years ago. I seriously used to eat one every Friday for lunch for years. When he got there, the cashier told him that they had run out of salad dressing. He said okay, but still had them make the salads. This is what we got? Obviously not Greek salads at all. One had ham and one had chicken, and both were covered with melted plastic cheese. They were nearly inedible. We also ordered a carne asada fries with just cheese and meat and it came with pepper and onions, and the side of fries we ordered was so over cooked, that they were brown and hard and almost devoid of all moisture. My family and I moved down the street from this place a couple of months and pass by often. We always say that we want to try it because it looks like a delicious hole in the wall place. We finally tried it today and ordered breakfast items. My fiancé ordered a breakfast burrito that was huge and he loved everything about it except for the salsa. I ordered the bacon and eggs plate, which comes with toast and hash browns. It was all delicious. I wouldn't say it's cheap and I wouldn't say it's expensive since, but you do get quite a bit a food for what you pay and that's a positive! Service was solid and quick! The new management seems to have lifted both employee and customers to high spirits. Today was my first experience and am optimistic about the future of this restaurant. The staff were very casual and friendly which made the atmosphere inviting and welcoming. Even met someone with a shirt from my favorite band, was introduced to local regular who was inclined to say how excited she was about the new management and met up with some of my family and even work peers to enjoy a few hours of lunch. The time spent there, I watched many families and locals come in and leave happy to eat or satisfied with full bellies. (to be honest i was thinking about giving this place 4 stars...) i called ahead and was able to walk in and pick up to go. no hassle. this place is located in the front corner of the stater bros, you can't miss it. i ended up getting an avocado bacon burger with some Max fries and orange bang. The meal came out to around 15 bucks. the burger was simple but decent and the fries were something similar to in n out animal style fries (obviously not the same, but similar...) i'm really glad this place has orange bang, and that's why i was thinking about giving this place 4 stars. they don't have a working website, so you don't really know how much each item costs or what they even have. Absurdly good food. Crazy portions for the price. The fried zucchini is among the best I've ever had. The ranch they have is so good, I can't eat any ranch from a bottle ever again. The breakfasts are amazing too, and the menu is HUGE. The staff is always so friendly to me. I'm personally embarrassed that I lived in the area for 2 years before giving the place a try, now it feels like I'm back once per week. I bring my family here when they come in from out of town.
