I came in for the infrared sauna, but Lissa convinced me to try colon hydrotherapy. I must say that colonics are waaaay out of my comfort zone, but Lissa is calming and professional and makes sure that I'm relaxed. It's really helping me detox from old medications and the colonic with the sauna after is so calming. I have had this done before and didn't have any discomfort. For some strange reason, I had to have her stop as it was very uncomfortable. As it turns out, part of my waste was stuck in the tube and it wasn't evident until she pulled it out. I'm not sure how I feel about going back. All that said, she was very nice. read more
