He was very knowledgeable and honest on discussing prices and generally just talking about Magic and Pokemon trends over the last few years. I ended up taking some in the form of store credit, and he is going to go out of his way to look for certain singles I was asking about that he didn't have in stock at the moment. Great customer service, and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend The Stronghold to anyone looking to buy or sell cards or collectibles.
