I'll start by saying that this space is genuinely good. It's clean and well kept, the employees are…read morepleasant, and the food is good and convenient. My friends and I go 2-4 times a month to play commander. There's a table pass system in which you spend $10 and get a voucher that lets you stay and play and can be exchanged for $10 off of a purchase. This is fair and we've never had a problem with this. We typically end up spending ~$20-$30 each when we come and play anyway (more when we buy sets). The problem is how this voucher is limited in its use. My friend and I wanted to split a pizza, but were told we couldn't use our vouchers together in one order. A whole pizza here is $24, which is already fairly high priced; but because we had to do separate orders for a half pizza each we ended up spending $32 total for a whole pizza. Quite frankly, it's exploitative and greedy. Until this policy changes, our group will be playing elsewhere for our weekly magic. UPDATE: The owner's response to this was to explain the entire business model and how if he let customers spend their $10 voucher however they wanted, he would have to charge double that for people to play there, and then force people to get a $20 voucher on top of that. Well Jared, I may not be able to understand the mental gymnastics it takes to justify extortion of your customers, but I can see greed when it appears. They sell everything from books to board games to puzzles and many more. There's a whole section dedicated to anime and graphic novels as well. They also carry movies on DVD. They also have shelves exclusive to paperbacks as well. They also have books on nonfiction, Sci-Fi, Mysteries and Thrillers. They sell books at thrifty prices and they give you store credit if you're loyal to this small business shop. We support bookstores and small businesses!

The store is run by a husband and wife duo who were both there when I stopped by. She handles the non fiction books and he handles the fiction. All books are 3$ and they accept donations (if you have any books bopping around your home that you mine want to part with)! If you're looking for something particular, you can provide them the details and then they mentioned they have 10,000 more books at their home. I can't wait to come back! Great value and easy to spend an hour + going through all the titles. Thank you!

I remember John who used to fill in and I think became for all intents and purposes the one who actually managed the store. John was very intelligent and a good conversationalist. The store had rare and old model kits going back to the early 70's as I recall. Hopefully the store now is at least as good as it was years ago.

Most of the time I can find what I need. The guys that work there are mostly kids or young men and women and usually don't know anything about electronics so you have to be prepared when you go in. I think radio shack has become mostly about selling cell phones so it's not like it used to be. I hear that Radio Shack headquarters is going to have to close a few hundred stores so I'm hoping this won't be one of them. It has served me well for many years. I miss the old days when they had the battery club. LOL They gave you a card for free and you could pick out one free battery a month. They would punch the card each time you picked one up. I used to get a free 9 volt every month.

She was awesome!!, took care of everyone of my friends and family members when they need any electronic device or accessories. She is now a manager close to her home of New York, of which she will be greatly missed. So now I have made friends with a sales associate named Kyle. As young as he is, to me he is the male version of Victoria. Took great care of my mom when she got her iPhone 6 upgrade. According to my mom even though the store was busy he took care of her and the customers. Showing her how to work the phone. Oh boy now my mom is the texting queen, Selfies and all! Yikes!! Radio shack is still my favorite store for all me electronic accessories and phone upgrades.

Good selection, good prices, great owner and staff…read more As an old hat card collector, I had a number of older trading cards lying about. I decided to go and find a good home for my childhood games, and many of the local card shops I would go to were either not interested, outright rude, or would "ease my burden" by offering pennies on the dollar for my collection. Rob was the only owner that was not only in constant contact through the process of appraisal, but he offered a good explanation of his evaluation along with a fair value. No hidden tricks, just honesty. Which is weirdly rare, at least based on my recent experiences. Unfortunately I no longer play the card games they sell. But I will return and I hope others seek them out as well. They have a lot of hobbies represented, their prices are good, and the staff is great.
