Had a small hole cut in the wall to confirm the surrounding wood & drywall didn't have mold or extensive damage, which was a huge relief. He showed us pictures as well. So we used someone else-this someone else left our ceilings jacked up and that's a understatement. We needed our ceilings to be fixed right away as we had other trades coming in to complete our kitchen. I went to sleep one night and some reason for as crazy as this is I woke up in the middle of my sleep and remembered his last name. I then called him the next morning which was a Saturday. He came out on a Monday told me the cost and that Wednesday he was out fixing our mess(thank god). Our problem is now behind us and our ceiling looks great and his price was very fair. Scott and Sammy are the cleanest and most detailed painters I have ever worked with! This year they did both the complete exterior and interior of our home and we couldn't be happier! After my wife selected 16 colors she thought she just loved...and prior to her meltdown in picking just one color, Scott agreed to paint a wall or two for us so we could be sure. They have lots of experience from watching eager homeowners visit paint display racks and how mistakes are made. Scott can help narrow the decision so the final result is both something you love and not a huge waste of everyone's time. Each day they arrived at the appointed time. Each day they cleaned up the mess so we could live. Each day they gave us a plan for where they were working next so our livelihoods were not overly impacted. Oh and let me mention, all their work was done professionally without a lot of shields or sticky tape on the floor.
