Drywall masters just completed a ceiling drywall repair due to a solar bracket leak. Victor came to my house and explained his plan on how to repair the ceiling. Victor was very professional and meticulous. He asked if I had any ceiling paint leftover. I told him I didn't, but I did have a picture of the name and bar code of the paint. Victor says, perfect, I'll pick up a gallon. He started the repair by laying out canvas drop cloths and taping plastic sheets from the ceiling to the floor. Upon completion of day 1, Victor stated that he would return in 2 days to allow the mud to dry. Victor returned 2 days later with Alex and started the day the same as day 1 (drop cloths and plastic sheets). Victor was able to match the ceiling's texture and the paint was a perfect match. First of all their scheduling system is a mess and I wasted lot of time and effort to get an appointment setup. Sometimes their tech never arrived when scheduled and at other times I was not notified when they would be setting up appointment. They worked on a drywall repair project and provided satisfaction guarantee. However, when we pointed out some issues with the work done they promised to come back and fix things to be right just as they mentioned earlier. However, since that follow up visit they seem to be ignoring my attempts to contact them to fix the finishing work.
