Amendment to previous review:…read more After contacting them regarding my 7" long grass (the day after a service call) and complaining about the blobs of grass clippings laying in flower beds and on the lawn itself I was told that it was too expensive to remediate the problem before their next service call. Also, that my grass was too long to cut (they have been taking care of it for some time), that they blow all of the grass clippings away (including, apparently, some previously unknown to me rocks), and that it was too expensive to come back before their next scheduled service call. When I pointed out that my grass was too long because they weren't cutting it I was told that they had been using a weed eater because their mower did not fit into the space. I asked how they might resolve the problem going forward and was told that they would bring their push mower next time. This was the final straw in what had become a continuously degrading situation with both quality of work, communication, and billing. (I have never received an invoice or even text reminding me to pay them, I just Venmo when I am was aware that they had come.) They seem like decent enough guys but their lack of professionalism and poor quality results have forced me to look elsewhere.

I informed him that I could return by 11 am as I had a very long drive ahead. He agreed to get started and I would be there by 11 to pay him. We discussed in detail what I wanted done. The original quote also had the exact job written on it. I start my 8+hour drive home and make it there by 10:30 am. No one is here! No one answers the phones. No one returned my voicemails!
