Nicole and her team have been cleaning our home monthly for about a year now. We had a very bad experience with a previous cleaning service that scratched some of our stovetop and sink and broke some very valuable things,, so when she started she was very careful with what she used to clean and always showing us how she is working on polishing the old scratches, they do look better now! Her team is thorough and I dont feel like they rush through and are reckless like some others are. She is always on time and also since we both work from home she is always flexible to work around our meetings or just do the vacuuming when we aren't on any calls. I had tried other cleaners in the area but they had been unreliable. Luckily, we found Nicole and her amazing team. Pros: From the jump, Nicole was responsive and communicated the entire process. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them in a timely matter. She even had a breakdown of services offered. On the day of cleaning, Nicole and her team arrived on time. You can tell she has experience and even strives to do better. She's a good listener and will respect the home. Cons: She's busy. Which is good for her, but is kind of a bummer if you need cleaning ASAP. She'll do an excellent job but it could possibly be a while before she has an opening. Overall: I would HIGHLY recommend Nicole and will definitely be scheduling another appointment. This will be a long term reoccurring service for us so we are thankful. read more

My boyfriend even commented on how they did such a great job and he never usually notices anything like that Their work is incredibly thorough and very high quality. Nicole, the owner, made sure everything was meticulously cleaned and that things were immaculate. She even pointed out some things that they weren't able to get as clean as she would have liked, but honestly... Just...WOW!!! I Honestly don't even know where to start,so if you only read this far in the review I guess i should start here: Look no further if you want a true, professional, housecleaning at a great rate! Before we moved into our house 6 months ago, it was supposedly professionally cleaned by a different service, we were disappointed enough to call back and ask them to try again. Still disappointing. Our house has never looked so clean after Essencia's service! I am unable to do much as I am recently disabled and the cleaning piles up quickly. Our house was literally sparkling and shining when they were finished! I mean, it was actually BRIGHTER! How is that even possible?! Because they are THAT good, that's how. They are so detail oriented and even cleaned areas I hadn't even realized were dirty. In addition, and equally important to me, the are so kind, friendly, and professional. As I am immunocompromised, it is more important than ever that anyone in our home adheres to CDC standards. These ladies show up with masks, gloves, and take all precautions. I know during these times people are more cautious than ever, but many of us still need help around the home, and companies are still open for business. Here's an opportunity to support one of those businesses and get the comfort and satisfaction of a beautifully cleaned home in the process. In my book, that's a win-win! We recently purchased our home, and have had a lot of work done on the house. And work=dirt and dust.
