I am very pleased with the outcome, especially the work performed by Gabriella (one of the cleaners) who spent a lot of effort (3 rounds) to scrub the two bathtubs/kitchen sink that were very dirty. She also took extra time to wait for me to come back from my lunch and go through the final inspection on the areas that I was nervous about if those can be cleaned. Giving them 4 stars! I am overall happy with how my first cleaning went with House to Om with a little feedback. I had to reschedule my original cleaning and Toni was so helpful and accommodating with my schedule. I ended up getting two girls, Tamarah & Tanaja. They were friendly, on time, and dealt with my two barking dogs and cleaned lots of dog hair through mopping, vacuuming, etc. My only complaint is that none of our 4 ceiling fans were cleaned at all, or the blinds or windowsills in the bedrooms. The tops of nightstands and dressers that were cleared were also not cleaned. I thought these things would be included in top to bottom cleaning for the bedrooms. Other than that, my bathrooms were cleaned very well, the kitchen is sparkling, and I can't find any dog hair on the floor! I also pulled out clean sheets for all the beds (4 beds total) and the girls stripped all the beds and remade them with clean sheets which was a HUGE help to me!! I think once I continue this as a monthly service it will be easier to tackle the smaller missed things - or maybe adding a third cleaner? For reference my house is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1850 sq. Because of the heavy dust from having the floors refinished, I couldn't be in the house longer than a minute because of breathing difficulties. I had to hire outside services to clean up my home. The crew came on time and were cheerful and friendly. They worked hard and stayed for over 3 hours to do a "move out" clean for a one bedroom apartment. I have used the cleaning services twice so far and have been very happy about the services. The first time they came out and did a deep cleaning for my rental house. They sent 4 ladies that did an excellent job. The most recent time they came out was today to clean our house from top to bottom. 2 people called in sick on Saturday so we rescheduled to Sunday. They sent Alacita, Andra and Blaize and they were at the house for about 4 1/2 hours. They wore masks and booties. We made sure to move everything out of the way on the cabinets and push furniture out so they could get the baseboards. I treated myself to a deep clean with House 2 Om and it was money well spent. Toni was responsive, flexible and understanding when I had to reschedule multiple times. I live in a 1200 sq. ft. home and was delighted when 5 women - Alacita, Renea, Blaize, Andrea, & Brittany showed up to get the job done. They were all friendly, hard working, and were even able to get some surfaces to a level of clean that I didn't know was possible. I had an area of my bathroom countertop that I thought need to be resealed, but turns out it just needed the attention and muscle they provided. A 6th women even showed up mid-way through for quality assurance and to ensure I was happy with the work being done. After working from home for almost 2 years and having my children home for distance learning, I'm so grateful for their care and the much needed refresh these ladies provided. Thank you All! p.s. I've had many good people come over the last year or so but I have to hand it to Toni, Dina, and Celeste who have done a truly incredible and detail oriented approach. Dina and Celeste especially cleaned parts of my house I wouldn't have even thought to ask to be cleaned, like the books in my bookcases and the tops of my paintings. Unfortunately, the day after I had my house cleaned I discovered that my stove was not cleaned where the burners are (I took pictures of this). The window track in my laundry and master bedroom were not cleaned and had couple of dead flies along with dust, the baseboards and doors in the laundry were not cleaned throughly the inside of my cabinets were not dusted, the floor around the washer and dryer was literally untouched along with my floors in the living room. For the record I was able to do a midway inspection with Toni then I had to leave and by the time I came back the ladies were already packing their cars so I was not able to complete a thorough final inspection until the next morning. Overall, I could not recommend this company based on the lack of detail and incomplete job done during my cleaning. P. S. On a great note I consider Toni an asset to your company, she provides excellent customer service (I did not reach out after my final inspection to inform her of my findings). read more
