Dara and Channy were absolutely professional and fantastic. I had a lot of muscle soreness from exercise recently and the massage was so therapeutic I felt so much better after the treatment. Pricing was reasonable and the location was easy to find. Parking on nearby streets was easy considering parking overall in Vancouver is a pain in the butt. With the massage I specifically requested treatment at the neck, shoulders and the legs. She was able to apply the perfect amount of pressure. Her technique with stretching my soft tissues were also very much appreciated. I have had tons of massage therapies before, including multiple ones recently in Bali, but today's massage ranks one of the best ones I have ever had. It's not in a luxury resort, not in some fancy establishment, but you will get luxury treatment. I am very appreciative of their expertise and care today. Robyn did my facial and before she began, she asked about my skincare routine and what issues I was concerned about. After assessing my skin, she accommodated to my skin's needs and created a custom facial. She answered all my questions and went into great detail about each product and its ingredients and the benefits it would have before putting it on my face. The products that were used were all natural and chemical free which was great as my skin is quite sensitive to a lot of products. I have never felt so relaxed before while getting a facial (and I've been to many!) and my skin felt so nourished and was practically glowing after my session. To top it off, post-facial, I was surprised with fresh cucumber/celery juice waiting for me! All in all, I was 100% impressed by the service I got here. My room was toasty (just how I like it!), with steam and soothing music playing. My facial was great. Dianne was very adept at her job, and knowledgeable, and bonus that she was lovely. And not a lot of chit-chat, either! I almost feel asleep at one point. The hour was over very too fast, and I was super relaxed upon leaving. A throbbing headache I had going in was miraculously gone, and my skin felt good. After the facial, Dianne left the room as I got up and dressed. I had expected to see her outside but another lady at the reception desk checked me out. I was surprised and a bit disappointed that I didn't have the chance to say goodbye to Dianne and thank her; she made a quickie get-away without saying goodbye to me. Kinda wierd. The lady at the reception desk offered me some "specials" on future facials and treatments before I left. I appreciated that there wasn't a hard sell. The prices seemed good but I declined. Note: although there is some one-hour parking on W. Broadway, and metered parking too, if you drive down the side streets or on the street parallel to Broadway behind the spa, there is free parking with either a two-hour limit or no limit, depending on where exactly you find a spot. She took great care and time with my nails and did an impeccable job. It was a full 60mins and she did it properly!! It is a bit expensive with $15 added to their Manicure rate of $40. They also charge you for shellac removal. I probably wouldn't come here on the regular for these prices but if you want to treat yourself or find a Groupon they do wonderful work! It's been five days and the nail polish is already starting to lift on some of my fingers. I will have to go in and pay to have it removed again. Wish up keep.
