She had brought her dog to the store and was holding it while she helped other customers who clearly were undecided about what they wanted and were playing with her dog. Glasses grabbed out of my hand told to give receptionist my name and they will call when done. Basically dismissed by the employee. I asked if they needed to measure where glasses sit for best results was told "no they are just glasses and there is NO REFUND". So no money back for not getting the glasses prescribed by their Doctor Aka progressive lenses. My insurance company has been falsely billed, I have been falsely billed because this business has incompetent employees. Stay away, their customer service is nonexistent and they make you feel inconsequential and have zero customer service skills.
