The masseur was so intense it was actually hurting me. He did not check in once to ask if the pressure was okay I was jumping around the table because the pressure was so hard. He was dry rubbing me it was not relaxing at all. At one point he left the door open while people were in the parlor and I was in my underwear I had to look up so he would shut the door. Also, I never got my foot massage. I still tipped over 20 % but i probably wouldn't return unless a manager reached out and offered me another massage with a different masseur. Also, the people waiting were so loud and no one asked them to lower the voices. They literally were talking the whole time loudly until they man and woman went into their appointment and then were quiet. It was just over all bad experience.

The one criticism I have of this business is that they do tend to ask you for additional services that you may not want. When they ask for these additional services, it's always polite and they never insist when you respond with a simple no thank you.
