I booked an 8 PM appointment and ask for 1 hour body massage and to do half body half foot. The lady said yes that was fine and I went into my room. The masseur was so intense it was actually hurting me. He did not check in once to ask if the pressure was okay I was jumping around the table because the pressure was so hard. He was dry rubbing me it was not relaxing at all. At one point he left the door open while people were in the parlor and I was in my underwear I had to look up so he would shut the door. Also, I never got my foot massage. I still tipped over 20 % but i probably wouldn't return unless a manager reached out and offered me another massage with a different masseur. Also, the people waiting were so loud and no one asked them to lower the voices. They literally were talking the whole time loudly until they man and woman went into their appointment and then were quiet. It was just over all bad experience. read more

The massage itself was good. However, I made an appointment and reiterated multiple times that I wanted a 60-minute massage. They ended up giving me a 90-minute one. I swung over in the middle of it bc I felt that it was a little long. They ended up overcharging me. I didn't want to overpay, as I was very communicative about the appointment I wanted. Really cute hidden gem! The neighborhood isn't the best so that was a bit of a creepy drive but once you're inside you forget about that. There is some street parking so that's helpful! The space is industrial, quiet and calm. Given the industrial design, there aren't any floor to ceiling walls. This was annoying because the sound carried through the space. The reflexology area is right off of the front entrance so you heard everyone paying and exiting/entering. The was truly the ONLY downfall of the experience. I also wish they had some aromatherapy going on but not a need, just a small want. The staff was nice and the experience was great. I got 30min foot reflexology which started with a foot soaking. I think this a great place for a foot reflexology treatment, it has great therapists, but Charlie is the best. I have plantar frasachtitis and it helps with that tremendously. I really wanted to like this place. I had a massage and facial. About 15 minutes into the massage the therapist asked me to upgrade which was annoying as I was trying to relax. All I could hear was noise including other therapists talking loudly. The facial was the worst experience. They put a thick mask with a cloth on my face and left the room for 20 minutes. I had NO idea what was going on and I was very uncomfortable and nervous. Also it wasn't like any facial I've ever had, there was NO Extracting. High quality services at a remarkably affordable price point. I haven't had many massages to compare this to, however the ones I've had cost me 2-3x as much. Le Foot's 1-hr full body massage hit all my knots and was head to toe (literally, including scalp and feet). They even included hot stones in the massage at no additional cost which was delightful. The massage was $65, which was a steal for the quality of service. It's been a few hours and my lower back pain and shoulder pain have both noticeably subsided. Afterwards I got a facial. This was a very, very positive experience. The facial included lots of cleansing, moisturizing, massaging my face, extracting gunk from pores in my face's T-zone, and removing blackheads. The facial concluded with a mask which was left on for a good 15 mins while I relaxed. The facial cost $70, which I thought was reasonable. This is definitely a no-frills spot (no plush robes or lemon water), but I wasn't bothered by this. The staff is polite but doesn't really explain what's going on, so I was a bit confused going into both the massage and the facial (due to my lack of experience with both), hence the one-star ding. We came here on a weekend afternoon and called to schedule an appointment and were able to be taken that same hour. We asked for foot massages but then decided to do a combination massage (30 minute foot and 30 minute body) for $65 an hour. The prices were a little more on the pricier side for the service, but the massages were really very good. The therapists knew what they were doing and they used a good amount of strength, doing a combination of deep tissue and pressure point massages. The massage area was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. Not a big fan of this place. I wanted to get a nice massage and reflexology. They're very responsive by email and their prices are okay but this is not a true spy experience. You can see exposed drains and the whole setup is not really relaxing. As for the massage I did not find it to be very good. I did not enjoy the reflexology either. Common for Shauna S, I've been a regular customer of Le Foot for years. The staff always tries to squeeze me into their tight schedule whenever able. Due to my work schedule I try to schedule sessions during my breaks, which aren't always at the most convenient times. This afternoon I unfortunately was having a massage in the next room when you started to raise your voice in the facility. If I was fully clothed I would have come out to the front and voiced my opinion to you myself. You were extremely rude and sounded childish. You totally ignored what the staff was saying to you. I visit this place regularly and have never had a bad visit yet until you decided to carry on at the front desk this afternoon. Good place for deep tissue massage. Found this place using Groupon. Didn't have an issue scheduling an appointment as in the past. Called and got an appointment the following day at 10am. The business is not that difficult to find though somewhat sketchy area. There's street parking as well as parking in the supermarket area. When I went in, Groupon was scanned and that was it. The interior looks quite nice. Massage itself was pretty good. My therapist's pressure was adequate and not too much. Felt refreshed and good after the massage. Overall good experience. This is the best value massage in providence! So cheap, and they go DEEP. You will not be disappointed if you want a deep tissue massage. I had the 1 hour hot stone and it's very much worth the $65. I came here a little over a month ago for foot reflexology as I had received a gift certificate. Side note I have never had reflexology before so in can not compare this to anything I have experienced before other than a really good massage during a pedicure. The location could be tricky to find as its in a mill complex, Pearl Street Lofts, off of Broad Street. Once there, you can park on the street or in the parking lot. The vibe inside is calm and the space has high ceilings yet it's very cozy and warm. I was escorted into the reflexology room where there were three chairs. To my surprise, I was the only person there so I had a private experience. I think it could have been different if others were also getting a treatment, especially if they knew each other and began talking to each other. I greatly enjoyed my experience here. It began with about a 20 minute foot soak while the therapist massaged my arms, neck, back, etc. This part was extremely relaxing! Once this was finished, the foot work began. I feel the therapist spent 20 minutes on each foot/ leg. At some points the pressure used was intense but I went with it because it's supposed to release toxins, stimulate different parts of the body. Once it was over I was offered water and or tea and was told to take my time putting my shoes on. Full disclosure: this was relaxing, but I was a little on edge because of the pressure so it should not be compared to a massage. Also I did not feel any health benefits from the treatment though my friend goes once a month and swears by it. I think you need to go regularly to experience the full benefits. Will I be back, there's a great chance but next time I may tell the therapist to go easy when the pressure is intense so I can enjoy the treatment as a massage. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They do offer massages in addition to the reflexology, so that is always an option. At first I stop by since my boyfriend gifted the Groupon to my mother and we where in the area to see if they would take us In we were greeted and they were willing to work on us until I told them that we had a Groupon that we wanted to use that's when they said we needed an appointment if we wanted to use the Groupon ok, understood rules are rules but if they weren't busy I mean why not? Anyways to get an appointment that I could take my mom again was really impossible because I work a lot in the summer and so does my mom and by they time we could go the Groupon unfortunately was expired and I spoke to them about them just using the value of it in advance and they told me on the phone it's was going to be $10 more which it's fine I understand the rule but in person when I went they wanted to charge me $20 more "because the price on Groupon it's different that the one in the business" she said Groupon sucks and everybody complains about it. Idk I've been a Groupon myself customer for years and I have use it in different states and I never really had an issue before with any business. Why partner with a company that you don't like? At the end I could've been a regular customer, being a manager myself at the end it's all about making the customers day. Peter gave me a 'great-strong enough' massage and Owen did my man. I am a small person but have a lot of muscles haha! I think he knew it and gave me a strong massage. I have been on the hunt for a good foot reflexology and tuina spot and this place is where it's at. We came here yesterday for an hour reflexology appointment (me and two friends) and I made an appointment for a 90 minute tuina session today as I was suffering from lower back pain. The tuina was amazing. The work down the bladder and stomach channels, the governing channel and the work on the kidney, spleen and gall bladder channels on the legs and feet was superb. I will be making another appointment for later this week just to keep my muscles nice and limber. I legitimately left here, went to Raffa Yoga and chilled in the eucalyptus steam room, Turkish Hammam, and sauna for a few hours and when I got home I was good as new. I am not going to lie, you have to get passed the sketchy neighborhood. When I first got here yesterday I was a bit skeptical about parking out front but everything worked out like a charm. I WOKE UP BRUISED FROM MASSAGE. I repeatedly asked for easier, less, said stop and was not heard. When I expressed that I was in pain I was laughed at and mocked by being tapped with one finger. When I couldn't relax for obvious reasons I was slapped on the ass by the male massage therapist. It was traumatic, I should have stopped it and left but my freeze trauma response would not let me move. This was a horrible experience. When I came out clearly shaken up the front desk person seemed to know this was common and said "I know it hurts but it's fine you'll feel better tomorrow". I shouldn't have paid, I regret not stopping it and walking out. I am bruised and tender to the touch and feel like I was assaulted. This was a horrible experience. read more

In this serene, immaculate setting, I have found great relief and therapy. I was unfamiliar with Chinese massage, after years of experiencing Swedish massage, but Chinese massage seems far more effective. It is a deep tissue massage, and it seems to take care of athletic injuries (as in a rotator cuff problem resulting from lap swimming, and also fix me after a long flight which leaves me with aches and kinks.
