A few years ago, I would regularly go to classes and it was enjoyable. There were a couple experiences where it gave me a uncomfortable feeling about her. We did a hiking session together. Nobody showed up but me, so she and I went. I thought it was nice, but noticed that when she wanted to take a picture with me, it was just for her socials so her image would look good. Then not too long after that, there was a art event at the studio which I paid and went to. I figured it was just an art show but there was more to it. At the time, I struggled a lot more when it came to crowds. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone, have fun, and to see what it was all about. I brought my sketch book to draw and I also joined in the audience to watch the aerial show (I think it was) even though I thought it was an art show. I got intense anxiety and overwhelm (probably from the energy from being in a crowd or certain people), so I left and cried in the car. I had texted Kate and told her what happened, but she didn't care. Kept my money too. Was only there for 15 or 20 minutes. So overall, these experiences showed me how greedy and fake she was. I start going back in November because I'm getting back into shape and I wanted to try the aerial classes again, but I can't afford very much, so I go with the 5 class plan for $59. My mom is the one that even helped me and I told her that. I completed the classes (except for one which I was not feeling that day, but I already showed up, so no sense in trying to get another class). I was not planning on going again (a couple of people including an instructor found that out by asking me questions) because I wanted to continue at a gym since my main focus ended up being working out/exercising. The gym is what is beneficial for me. I felt aerial yoga wasn't. Besides this reason, I didn't feel fully welcome and the instructors were not patient (my coordination is poor) except for one, but I forgot her name, I'm sorry. I came to find this past Tuesday night that my account was charged by the studio and my account was at 97 cents. I texted Kate personally. You can see the whole conversation plus more in the screenshot photos for yourselves. Which includes her trying to offer a partial refund through Venmo which is outside of her business. If she can offer that, then she could've just given me my refund. Acted fake by throwing in "we've enjoyed having you here" to again be careful as a business owner and her reputation. I emailed her because I kept checking my account on the studio website, since it kept saying my plan wasn't canceled yet and it had already been a whole day. So I told her to close my account and to refund me, or I'm going to report her and THEN she finally decided to cancel it. She also told me she would refund my original payment, but she only did a partial refund of $38 out of $59. She lied and is clearly greedy. Making it into a whole complex mess, when it couldve just been played out smoothly. She blocked me after I told her to not respond back to my text or she did after my email, I'm not sure, but I'll be spreading all this information around everywhere. I made a post about it on my Facebook and someone mentioned that they've heard of this situation happening a lot at this studio and what happened to one of their clients, so that didn't surprise me.

I've received a lot of energetic healing treatments in the past 10 years. One of the benchmarks of good work is whenever I receive energy work or body work is if it puts me to sleep. Lana knocked me out within minutes of beginning. I found myself in an interestingly deep dream state. Becoming conscious in moments and in a dreamscape in others. At one point I felt her working on my head, and without touching me I felt the distinct feeling of heat lamps on top of my head. When I began to wake, Lana was there smiling at me. In that hour with her, that feeling was completely gone and has remained gone for a week. I will report the same to the BBB. FYI, nobody asked me to update my review. I only want to be fair and complete. The windows they sold me are very nice. The window itself was never in question; just a problem with my measure and install.

If you're ok with longer than promised timelines, no or messed up communication, broken promises and basically being your own project manager - hire these guys. I too have cracks in other walls from their demo of the bathroom floor - I haven't even taken those repairs on yet. My bathroom overhaul started August 5, 2025. Was told 3 weeks construction and then an additional 4-6 weeks for custom shower glass. Reality was construction took 6 weeks, I had to follow up to make sure the shower glass was even measured/ordered and it then took 9 weeks to come in. Even worse - one piece of glass was damaged on install and the replacement took an additional 9 weeks. My project was finally complete on January 30, 2026. Along the way, the project manager decided I didn't need a way to contact him so never gave me his phone number. The person doing the work would say he'll arrive at 8-9 AM and then show up hours later. I had random people showing up to do work that wasn't ready yet. While out of town for a few days (I gave them the dates from the beginning), I got called because the flooring installer was on my front porch. When I returned, no follow up and days later I called the office to ask for a finish date. You know, I have nothing better to do than sit and wait to see if someone shows up every day. Couple weeks later, I noticed missing grout at the bottom of the shower tile - called for help. No response. After waiting weeks, I finally grouted it myself. They did call very promptly every couple of weeks to ask if the final building inspection could be done to close out the permit. Given I had no shower glass, I said no. I was asked couldn't I just put up a temporary shower curtain? Again, no. You'll get your inspection when I get use of my full bathroom again. Two final straws for me - after the damaged glass panel install, one of their employees called and asked if I "really needed it replaced, couldn't I just accept it". Wow. I also got a request for feedback, which I gave and the employee said wow, I am so sorry, we'd like to send you a gift card to go to dinner for all the trouble. That was in November. Now it's nearly the end of March and no gift card ever surfaced. If you can't keep a small promise, what makes anyone think you'll keep a big one? Never again and I'll be sure not to recommend this wrecking crew to anyone.

In August 2025, I notified ADT that I was moving from where I was receiving services at my home in…read moreSacramento, CA. At that time, in order to cancel my service, I would have to pay a $250 cancellation fee but I only owed $141 on my equipment - I told the representative I would just continue to pay my monthly fee until the equipment was paid off but that we would not be taking ADT services with us to Colorado. In April 2026, I received a bill for $153.68 which was for 4 months of ADT service. I spoke with rep and told them I was very frustrated because I am being billed for services that I am not using. I told them I had moved to a different state, the equipment was paid off and yet, I am still being billed for services that I am not utilizing. I paid the $153.68 to avoid continued relentless phone calls from ADT. I received NO LESS than 8 calls per day from various phone numbers that were not affiliated with ADT. They were all random numbers from several area codes as well. On that phone call in April 2026, I paid the $153.58 and told them I was not using the services and to close the account. I thought that was the end of it. I recently received stmt dated 5/19/26 indicating I owe $38.42 - it's now $76.84. I called and spoke to 2 representatives and one of them apologized for the misunderstanding on ADT's end. He also stated that I would still be required to pay the $76.84. I responded with a question: why am I being billed for services that I am not receiving? The representative was silent for about 10 seconds and then stated that PER POLICY - if a customer does not explicitly state they want to cancel their policy, they will continue to be billed for services. I responded that I spoke with representatives in August 2025 and then again in April 2026 and that we were not using services and they were no longer needed. I told the rep I am not paying for services I am not receiving and I notified them multiple times I am not using their services due to moving to a different state. I am seeking ADT to eliminate the balance owed as I am paying for services that I am not receiving and they were notified multiple times that I no longer were using their services. I did file a grievance with Better Business Bureau today as well. I just called ADT to verify that they had - in fact - cancelled my service and they told me it had not been done so I ensured it was cancelled AGAIN. And now they are telling me that there is a cancellation fee of $109 and that I still owe the equipment charge of $45 which is the first I am hearing of this. This is my 2nd time as an ADT customer and I will not use them again nor will I recommend them. They are trying to make me pay for services that I have not used since last year. Very unethical.

Last week the power went out and every time the door to the garage was opened a chime/chirping went off in two of the security pads. I was one the phone w/ADT for over an hour today trying to get help. I was transferred from "technical services" to SAlES who told me I had a balance for over a hundred dollars and kept trying so sell more services. I told"Rich" in sales/accounting I had not gotten a bill in 8 years!!! I spent 20 minutes telling Rich I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION WITH ADT, he said it would take about 30 days for the service to be disconnected, and was finally transferred BACK to "FAY" in Technical services (?) Another 20 minutes being told they could NOT send a service rep out until to help with chirping the bill was paid and it would cost another +$100.00 for a rep to come out. Instead "Fay" in technical services wanted me to get a screw drive and a step ladder and find the transformer and battery in the basement to disconnect it myself.!!!
