A few years ago, I would regularly go to classes and it was enjoyable. There were a couple experiences where it gave me a uncomfortable feeling about her. We did a hiking session together. Nobody showed up but me, so she and I went. I thought it was nice, but noticed that when she wanted to take a picture with me, it was just for her socials so her image would look good. Then not too long after that, there was a art event at the studio which I paid and went to. I figured it was just an art show but there was more to it. At the time, I struggled a lot more when it came to crowds. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone, have fun, and to see what it was all about. I brought my sketch book to draw and I also joined in the audience to watch the aerial show (I think it was) even though I thought it was an art show. I got intense anxiety and overwhelm (probably from the energy from being in a crowd or certain people), so I left and cried in the car. I had texted Kate and told her what happened, but she didn't care. Kept my money too. Was only there for 15 or 20 minutes. So overall, these experiences showed me how greedy and fake she was. I start going back in November because I'm getting back into shape and I wanted to try the aerial classes again, but I can't afford very much, so I go with the 5 class plan for $59. My mom is the one that even helped me and I told her that. I completed the classes (except for one which I was not feeling that day, but I already showed up, so no sense in trying to get another class). I was not planning on going again (a couple of people including an instructor found that out by asking me questions) because I wanted to continue at a gym since my main focus ended up being working out/exercising. The gym is what is beneficial for me. I felt aerial yoga wasn't. Besides this reason, I didn't feel fully welcome and the instructors were not patient (my coordination is poor) except for one, but I forgot her name, I'm sorry. I came to find this past Tuesday night that my account was charged by the studio and my account was at 97 cents. I texted Kate personally. You can see the whole conversation plus more in the screenshot photos for yourselves. Which includes her trying to offer a partial refund through Venmo which is outside of her business. If she can offer that, then she could've just given me my refund. Acted fake by throwing in "we've enjoyed having you here" to again be careful as a business owner and her reputation. I emailed her because I kept checking my account on the studio website, since it kept saying my plan wasn't canceled yet and it had already been a whole day. So I told her to close my account and to refund me, or I'm going to report her and THEN she finally decided to cancel it. She also told me she would refund my original payment, but she only did a partial refund of $38 out of $59. She lied and is clearly greedy. Making it into a whole complex mess, when it couldve just been played out smoothly. She blocked me after I told her to not respond back to my text or she did after my email, I'm not sure, but I'll be spreading all this information around everywhere. I made a post about it on my Facebook and someone mentioned that they've heard of this situation happening a lot at this studio and what happened to one of their clients, so that didn't surprise me.

She listened very deeply and was able to work with all of the information that I conveyed to her, no matter how strange it was. Lana worked with me right where I was at. I've received a lot of energetic healing treatments in the past 10 years. One of the benchmarks of good work is whenever I receive energy work or body work is if it puts me to sleep. Lana knocked me out within minutes of beginning. I found myself in an interestingly deep dream state. Becoming conscious in moments and in a dreamscape in others. At one point I felt her working on my head, and without touching me I felt the distinct feeling of heat lamps on top of my head. When I began to wake, Lana was there smiling at me. We were both in a bit of a dream/trance state at the end of the session, but she was able to tell me an incredibly vision of what she'd seen while working on me. What she told me was so personally accurate and true to my journey it really lit me up. One very interesting piece is that she conveyed that she was working with a Lion spirit guide that was working with me. Over the next week, almost every day I found myself in front of some giant effigy of a lion, from giant ads, to statues, to toys... Lion images popping up everywhere... something that has confirmed for me what she reported to me. On a physiological experience, I noticed that after days of being on my phone, my fingertips were feeling incredibly sensitive and agitated from touching the phone screen so much. In that hour with her, that feeling was completely gone and has remained gone for a week. I have also become aware of what was happening to my fingertips, and am taking measures to avoid touching the screen as much. Having recently been in a car accident, I suffered nerve-related injuries to my shoulder. I came to her frustrated and in considerable pain. She instantly made me comfortable in her beautiful treatment space. News to me *again* as I had not received anything in the mail, nor did I ever sign for mail from APS. I told Cecilia it's frustrating to have radio silence from them (again, no emails or mail), to then be threatened with a lien via voicemail. Cecilia interrupted numerous times, reading off an email address that I've never heard of, and insisting she send me proof. When I tried to ask why, when getting zero responses from me, they never called to see what the issue was, she interrupted again yelling that I should know better. I asked to speak to her boss as I wasn't going to continue to argue with her about APS' communication issues, and she laughed and said gladly. Pretty sure she passed me to her desk mate, as Joel deferred all my questions to having to go through Cecilia again. No links to pay online, no apologies or amends, it's their way or the highway. It's insane she has a job, it's insane she can act like that on the job, and it's insane APS is still in business. There is no extra "trim coil" at the top to fill the opening. (note: some trim coil is required around any window frame along with insulation and sealant.) I am updating my rating to 4/5 to account for the trouble I had convincing them this was the right thing to do. Kudos to Lifetime Windows for ultimately replacing this at their expense. I will report the same to the BBB. FYI, nobody asked me to update my review. I only want to be fair and complete. The windows they sold me are very nice. The window itself was never in question; just a problem with my measure and install.

My experience is not what I expected from Costco, Marvin and Lifetime.

If you're ok with longer than promised timelines, no or messed up communication, broken promises and basically being your own project manager - hire these guys. I too have cracks in other walls from their demo of the bathroom floor - I haven't even taken those repairs on yet. My bathroom overhaul started August 5, 2025. Was told 3 weeks construction and then an additional 4-6 weeks for custom shower glass. Reality was construction took 6 weeks, I had to follow up to make sure the shower glass was even measured/ordered and it then took 9 weeks to come in. Even worse - one piece of glass was damaged on install and the replacement took an additional 9 weeks. My project was finally complete on January 30, 2026. Along the way, the project manager decided I didn't need a way to contact him so never gave me his phone number. The person doing the work would say he'll arrive at 8-9 AM and then show up hours later. I had random people showing up to do work that wasn't ready yet. While out of town for a few days (I gave them the dates from the beginning), I got called because the flooring installer was on my front porch. When I returned, no follow up and days later I called the office to ask for a finish date. You know, I have nothing better to do than sit and wait to see if someone shows up every day. Couple weeks later, I noticed missing grout at the bottom of the shower tile - called for help. No response. After waiting weeks, I finally grouted it myself. They did call very promptly every couple of weeks to ask if the final building inspection could be done to close out the permit. Given I had no shower glass, I said no. I was asked couldn't I just put up a temporary shower curtain? Again, no. You'll get your inspection when I get use of my full bathroom again. Two final straws for me - after the damaged glass panel install, one of their employees called and asked if I "really needed it replaced, couldn't I just accept it". Wow. I also got a request for feedback, which I gave and the employee said wow, I am so sorry, we'd like to send you a gift card to go to dinner for all the trouble. That was in November. Now it's nearly the end of March and no gift card ever surfaced. If you can't keep a small promise, what makes anyone think you'll keep a big one? Never again and I'll be sure not to recommend this wrecking crew to anyone.

I was transferred from "technical services" to SAlES who told me I had a balance for over a hundred dollars and kept trying so sell more services. I told"Rich" in sales/accounting I had not gotten a bill in 8 years!!! I spent 20 minutes telling Rich I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION WITH ADT, he said it would take about 30 days for the service to be disconnected, and was finally transferred BACK to "FAY" in Technical services (?) Another 20 minutes being told they could NOT send a service rep out until to help with chirping the bill was paid and it would cost another +$100.00 for a rep to come out. Instead "Fay" in technical services wanted me to get a screw drive and a step ladder and find the transformer and battery in the basement to disconnect it myself.!!!
