I am on week 3 of this and my Doctor said it will most likely last 1-2 months! I have cancelled so many events because I don't feel comfortable being around people looking like this. I also do most of my work on Zoom so this has affected my job (again, I don't feel comfortable being on camera). I contacted the place and even though they were nice about it, they would not refund my money. I know it is a risk anytime that you do injectables but to do this to a customer and then charge them $730 for it, doesn't sit right with me. Who cares if I signed something, you took $ for a service and then botched my face for most of my summer. Unacceptable. DO NOT GET BOTOX HERE!

I tried a couple of other masseuses and subsequently learned about their 10 minutes at the start and end of the massage, which has made me question my decision to join. I may cancel after my required 6 months. Haven't decided yet because it's still a good price. If I get a good massage. With the monthly membership an hour massage is the $90/month fee. If you want more than one hour massage, you can add $40 for an extra half hour or you can add any additional hour massage on another day for only $80. This is a very reasonable price. Their policy, however, is that at the start AND end of your massage, there is a 10 minute window for consultation and dressing. That means your 60 minute massage could be only 40 and your 90 minute massage could be only 70. That's a messed up policy. To be fair, however, I've only been 'cheated' out of 15 minutes total at any massage. Still this policy is really lame. I've never seen it anywhere else. Ying gives an amazing massage. I need deep tissue and her firm massage definitely delivers. I've seen her twice. Tammy is also decent, though the second half the massage I think she lost all her strength and though I asked for a firm massage, even asked her to take it up a notch at the start, she really fizzled out and I gave up trying to tell her and just fell asleep. Kellen is horrible. I asked him to focus on my low back and lower legs as I was in a lot of pain. First half the massage, he was not doing firm and never asked. I was going to ask to take it up but he got a bit better so I didn't. Then he had me turn over and that's when things went really bad. While on my back the only area he worked on is my neck. Why for gods sake? The neck is not my lower back or my legs. He didn't touch the front of my lower legs once. He didn't touch my feet once. Like, how is this focusing on my lower back and lower legs. At all? I was disappointed. He asked how it was when I met him outside. I said fine. Should I be honest? Why, it was over and I will never see him again. The front desk asked me how it was and I said ok. No questions. Obviously she cared. Anyway, that's the good and the bad. If you decide to come and/or join, it's a very clean place and relaxing atmosphere. Despite the monthly membership, you can ask for an "insurance receipt" to use for pretax reimbursement.
