My appointment was scheduled for 4:30pm. So I arrived at the parking lot at 4pm and texted their staff to confirm that I have arrived. I waited for a long time and checked-in by 4:45 pm since no one texted back to say to come in the office. After filling out the paperwork, my consultation started around 5:20 pm. Then I had a facial for about 30-45 min. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. However I felt that I was robbed of time. I wasn't expecting to have a lengthy check in process and spent most of my time filling our paperwork. I was told that I should have received an email to create an online account, however, I didn't receive anything. I also had to give a friendly nudge to have their staff complete my first facial treatment. I purchased their skin care kit with a special discount and am very optimistic to begin my treatment. Finally, a new location an hour away from Stockton . I used to go regularly at their Union City clinic for like 5 years until we moved further but hey.. I will still go to Abby regardless. I would like to commend the couple Abby and Dom for doing a great job. You're the best as always. Facility is clean and very welcoming, treatment is always personalized depending on your skincare needs, and their products really work!!!! I cannot see myself using other skincare products but abby skin YES THE BEST I will schedule my Glampira treatment soon and add more volume to my lips because I really like, or should i say LOVE the results.. Last Saturday after having an early dinner at Fuji Restaurant, I passed by Abby Skin Clinic Concord branch since I was already in the area to buy my skin care products. It's my first time going there since I always go to the Union city location for my facial. And I'm very pleased with the staff there. They were also as nice as the staff in the other branch. I love the interior of the concord location, it's all white and very spacious. They have the same services as with the other location.
