Victoria reached out to my husband for another hydrafacial and he accepted. He came back after the hydrafacial looking much better. The lesson we learned from all of this is that the hydrafacial is superior to other facials and allows for better extractions. Victoria's hydrafacial skills are fantastic. If my husband needs another hydrafacial which he probably will at some point then he will book with Victoria again. With Victoria's advice, my husband will switch to a different brand of sunscreen, one that is mineral-based which will be easier on his pores. I would not recommend this place for Botox. I started going here for facials last year and they are great! Unfortunately, I got Botox and it caused me to have Ptosis (severe lazy eye). I am on week 3 of this and my Doctor said it will most likely last 1-2 months! I have cancelled so many events because I don't feel comfortable being around people looking like this. I also do most of my work on Zoom so this has affected my job (again, I don't feel comfortable being on camera). I contacted the place and even though they were nice about it, they would not refund my money. I know it is a risk anytime that you do injectables but to do this to a customer and then charge them $730 for it, doesn't sit right with me. Raegan who is amazing treated my face and explained the whole process step by step! I learned so much about skin and my face with each treatment! I loved my results for lip filler at first.. I had no bruising and very minimal swelling but then i got a bump on my upper lip that won't go away and shows when I smile. At first the bump was sticking out a lot & when I touched it something clear & sticky came out . My husband was confused also about my procedure because I paid for a full syringe and he said he saw a lot of product that was not used inside the syringe too. My lips are starting to look exactly how they used to before I got the filler. Now I need more filler but I spent over $500 for Poor results and I don't wish to keep spending money if I can't achieve the results I want. Be very careful before you go to Trin Skincare for an IPL. I have had several IPLs with other devices with excellent results. This machine was touted as being the latest and greatest. After one treatment I had very little results and managed to experience a burned area on my upper cheek. I returned to see what options Trio was offering me. Sam, the technician, said that the doctor who owns Trio offered to redo a few spots for an additional $50. She also explained that it would be unlikely that I would get any better results because my skin has too much melanin. This is after I spent over $160 on an Obagyi product that was going to assist me in getting good results! Why would I go through the additional money and discomfort to get no results? This place is genuinely great. I came here twice for the VI Peel to treat hyperpigmentation marks and correct damage that was done by two previous esthetician's elsewhere. First of all, all the ladies are polite, inviting and really make you feel welcomed. As a cosmetologist myself I appreciate their advice and transparency. No gimmicks, no talk down - just good honest service. I personally don't have a preference on who to go to because they were all great. Transparent in recommendations and offer great deals here and there. As for the VIPeel, I hardly get any acne now - my skin prior to coming to Trio was inflamed had pustules and a bunch of pimples caused by harsh peels and products my skin just didn't like. It had taken me 3 years of fixing my skin (hormonal pimples and hyperpigmentation) to have it ruined by 2 different people only for them to tell me it was my fault due to my routine. I spent thousands between those 2 women trying to correct their doing and finally after research, I did 2 peels at trio and although it took a bit, my skin is nearly almost back to how it was a year ago. I've been here twice for a facial with Bridget. Let me start off by saying that Bridget is absolutely amazing. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. I use a HSA card to pay for my facials. Which is a Health Savings Account, meaning money is taken out of my paycheck every month and put onto this Visa card. You can use these cards at places that have a MD on site, which this place doThe first time I came I got a facial and my mother in law got some medical work done. A worker named Julie told her coworker to ring our two transactions separately and then to do something specifically (a bunch of different steps) so my card wouldn't work on my transaction (the facial). The coworker kinda rolled her eyes in disappointment and then rang me up with both of my services on the same transaction. Telling a coworker to do specific things that honestly confused her just so my form of payment would be denied is crazy. The second time I went (today) Julie was the one to ring me up and I knew instantly she was going to give me a problem. She swiped my cards multiple times and pretended she didn't know what was going on. I told her that she could ring me up she just didn't want to with my card. She then went on to say "well this is a medical card and if I use it then the esthetician won't get paid". So she basically admitted that she was purposely denying my form of payment. I've used this card several times at other facilities and there has never been a problem. Money left my account, I came weeks ago and used the same form of payment and the esthetician was paid.....so saying that was complete BS. The first time I came I spent $1100, this time I spent $200. So the owner of this spa can ask Julie why their coworkers are losing clients. I really liked Bridget and was hoping to be a regular client of hers and had planed to get monthly facials that range anywhere from $139-200+. I've spent $1300 this past month at this facility but after todays experience with Julie I will be taking my business somewhere else. Replying to the reply- It was never brought to my attention that it was a problem the cards were not in my name. My mother in law was in the car so if that was a real issue then I could have grabbed her. And like I said before the card was used my first visit for a regular facial so the card works, so pretending like you didn't know why it wasn't going through my second visit when you were intentionally making it decline is extremely unprofessional. read more

Trio may be good for facial and acne treatment but this organization is NOT good for any invasive treatments such as the Seiton Laser peals. My experience was a disaster! I fell for the sweet talk from the owner (Reesa) and believed they would make my skin look clear and supple. They have nice little parties with food and intice you to have their proceedures. I fell for it hook sinker and line! I scheduled a seiton laser (for my face) and was treated by the RN. He said that he would "bring out the brown spots" then "remove them and with the laser treatment. The final result would be a clear, smooth, amazing finish. UNFORTUNATELY, my result was anything but what they promised. I was left with a face full of brown spots (hyperpigmentation) that was not there prior to their proceedure! I went back, in tears, to show them what happened. When I confronted the owner (Reesa?) her true colors came out. She was rude, mean, trying to blame me!! I did everything she/they asked and very carefully followed their directions. I was very excited going into this and had high hopes. Sadley it turned out a disaster. I asked for my money to be returned, she refused! I had to find a good board certified dermatologist to help me. I saw a highly respected dermatologist in San Ramon which told me "the scars on my face were a direct result of a negligent laser peal proceedure" Without going into more detail I can only say....run dont walk away from Trio skin care. If you are interested in getting a laser treatment go to a board certified DERMATOLOGIST, not the plastic surgeon they have on site (4 hours a week). This is the first negative comment I have ever made on yelp but feel it is important you should know what happened to me. read more
