He also did this other things on my spine which involved activating my vertebrae/loosening them up. I also received a tui na massage which was very very helpful. The doctor went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and to recommend me other additional ways to help change what I was experiencing (yoga and tai qi/qi gong) as well as other thoughtful advice.
