I am amazed and ashamed that i have never left a review for Foot relaxing Station. Upon a coworker's rave reviews, i began coming here circa 2021. Once a month i go for an hour foot massage, or an hour full body. sometimes i get wild and do both in one session. that's just decadence. they are accommodating with appointments. they are always busy, they are all excellent. This was torture, pure torture. Massage is supposed to relax you and use heat and massage to relax muscle. This was all elbows and poking and unnecessary force. I am suffering from the neck and back. No. Just no. First off, it started out weird. OH wanted a foot massage but the guy kept waving his hand in a 'no' motion and said to the lady he should get the bodywork. This was a freaking strange start. OH isn't like me -- he just sorta goes with the flow, whereas I would have insisted on the foot massage. So he motions the lady to take him to a room and the guy takes me. I started to ask for a female- as really I am most comfortable with that but I gave up after he appeared (or acted?) to not understand English. So then the awkwardness of him coming in to find me with my feet where my head should be and my head where feet should be. I had a lot of trouble understanding him but finally got it figured out. The chairs for the foot massage were all close together right by the front desk. Not exactly a quiet or relaxing atmosphere. The bodywork rooms were pitch dark-- couldn't see a thing, which was okay with me, especially when the masseuse did the shocking butt massage. I don't like anyone seeing my bum, let alone touching it. I mean seriously, I guess there is tension to release there and everything but that should just be OFF limits. The massage didn't at all feel like a professional massage.. I sort of felt like it was all over the place and the pressure alongside the spine - which OH had too - we both thought just could not have been a good thing. Well I was right when the next morning I woke up and my entire back was sore and painful. The day after that I could barely move my neck side to side. Coincidence? Maybe. And the fact that I was probably sleeping in some contorted position all night with my 2 year old taking over my side of the bed. But neither of us at all felt this was a good massage by people who really knew how to do it. I just had one of the most uncomfortable consumer experiences of my life at this massage parlor I've come here multiple times in the past. It's not exactly a fancy spa or the best massage of a lifetime - you get what you pay for. But I came here knowing what to expect: a cheap decent massage as my neck and shoulder often get out of whack. My boyfriend and other people we know have also been here and have never had a shady experience. Well I visited again today and all of that changed. First of all, about a minute after I laid down I heard super load noises that sounds like some woman being sexually gratified. It was all moaning and "Oh, shit! Oh shit!" ever few seconds. It was reeeeaally uncomfortable to listen to if that's not what you're expecting. I half tried to convince myself it was just someone getting a really deep painful massage, but it really did not sound like that. It turns out they also offered my boyfriend a hand job at the end of the massage, so I prob wasn't imagining it. Yuck! So my boyfriend got out of his massage before I did and decided to surprise me and pay for both of our services. He gave the lady (his masseuse who had also been manning the door when we came in) the money for both massages and both tips (each massage was $35 and he gave $30 each for a tip to make up for the low prices - so a total of $130 for both of us). When I came out he told me it was all taken care of and we could go. I could see my masseuse was confused and scared she wasn't getting a tip - and nobody spoke English so we had a hard time explaining we paid the other lady but we seems to get the point across to a guy who also worked there and he waved us out the door. Fast forward 30 seconds and we're at our car and see all 3 employees (our 2 masseuses and the man) running out towards the car very angrily and aggressively yelling at us in Mandarin which we couldn't understand a word of. The stood very close to us yelling at us and blocking our car. I thought there was a misunderstanding and my boyfriend gave them a small tip or something so I pulled out an extra $20 and my masseuse snatched it out of my hand but they just kept screaming. I couldn't understand what they were yelling at my bf. He typed out the $$ amount he paid on his phone and the man started yelling at my bf's masseuses. I guess she had skimmed all the extra tip money off the top and lied about how much we paid. Then they were all yelling at her and she was clutching my bf's arm and tugging at him and not allowing him to leave. He yanked his arm away and we got in the car and left. I didn't get the extra $20 back despite the already enormous tip we gave them. So in the end we ended up tipping more than 100% for one of the scariest and most uncomfortable transactions of my life. read more

Wow. I got a massage today for the first time & I am so happy I walked into this place. At first it was a little sketchy because it was dark, only one person at front but don't be alarmed! They are professional, super respectful & worth every penny! I soooo recommend!!! Super affordable too! read more
