When the massage therapist entered the room they didn't greet me, just started massaging me. You know how they typically massage you over the sheet for a couple minutes ? Well this lasted over 30 which was not relaxing. Also, at one point I felt like the therapist was using just their thumb to massage which was painful and uncomfortable. I was getting inpatient feeling they forgot what I circled on the intake form (never reviewed with me) and asked how much time was left (15 mins) and if they were going to massage my feet, they said sure and gave me the weakest foot massage I've ever paid for at a massage shop. During the session, the therapist made contact with the side of my breast more than once while stretching my arm. It did not feel controlled or professionally handled, and it made me very uncomfortable. I had to turn fully onto my side to prevent further contact, after which it finally stopped. Overall, the session lacked proper technique, body awareness, and professional boundaries. I did not feel at ease during the massage and couldn't wait for it to end. I was considering asking him to stop and leaving, and now I really wish I had. Clients should be able to trust that they are in safe, skilled hands, and that was not my experience. I hope the business takes this seriously and addresses training and client safety. If this therapist is new, he should not be working unsupervised with clients until properly trained. This review reflects my experience with one therapist only and is not a reflection of the entire business. The reception staff were professional and welcoming, which I appreciated.

Fortunately, thanks to a google search I found Michael. I now see him as often as I can. He comes to my house, sometimes we do massages outside, sometimes inside. He is fantastic. He not only massages but he also understands the anatomy and can really relieve the knots and knows where to lightly push to relieve the stress. He's truly amazing. For New Years this year, I had a bunch of friends over and he spent half the day with us giving 3 of us massages.
