I never leave bad reviews, but I feel I need to after this experience. I've been getting massages for over 20 years, and this was one of the most uncomfortable sessions I've had. During the session, the therapist made contact with the side of my breast more than once while stretching my arm. It did not feel controlled or professionally handled, and it made me very uncomfortable. I had to turn fully onto my side to prevent further contact, after which it finally stopped. Overall, the session lacked proper technique, body awareness, and professional boundaries. I did not feel at ease during the massage and couldn't wait for it to end. I was considering asking him to stop and leaving, and now I really wish I had. Clients should be able to trust that they are in safe, skilled hands, and that was not my experience. I hope the business takes this seriously and addresses training and client safety. If this therapist is new, he should not be working unsupervised with clients until properly trained. I really enjoyed visiting Ocean Wellness Spa. It's a repurposed house and has several rooms. Although the rooms are small they dont limit the masseuses. I was here for a deep tissue massage. Overall, really enjoyed my experience and my masseuse. She even gave me tips to help my neck pain and tightness. The only thing was while getting my massage the thing to put over your eyes kept slipping around and the elastic kept getting in my eyes, but other than that it was great! read more

On our family Christmas trip to Key West, the wife booked a couples massage for us. Not something I do a regular basis but took one for the team. It's in an older converted home off of duval. Easy access parking with was nice, if you know parking in the area. Nicely laid out. Small, but inviting lobby. The rooms were cozy. The tables were heated and comfortable. My masseuse was great. Spent a lot of time working on my trouble areas in my lower back. Picked up on several issues with my knees and hips that I was aware of. Communicated with me to make sure I wasn't in pain. She was heavy handed. Not sure what a deep tissue would feel like, but I couldn't have taken much more, but it was worth it. After about 30 minutes leaving, I felt great. More mobility than I had in a while. Better than any of the last chiropractor visits I had. Highly recommend. read more

Piera worked on my tight neck and back muscles as requested with a gentle expert touch. She has a calm healing vibe, originally hails from Italy and is an expert in Hawaiian lomi-lomi massage techniques and yoga. Highly recommend asking for her.
