He recommended an "air switch" for the garbage disposal, which we had never heard of. We went with his recommendation. It looks nicer than the traditional light switch on-off for the disposal, and it required less disruption to our kitchen to install. Before we called Dave, we had another electrician out to give us a quote. He told us we'd have to rip out a wall or have the switch under the sink. Neither option seemed appealing, so we called Dave. They first came out and provided us an estimate of the costs - which was good b/c then I knew which ones I would book immediately vs wait on. I then was able to schedule them to come out a week or two later for the work. I had quite the laundry list of items and they were here about 8 hours (1 to 2 people). At the end of the day, it was a costly day, but to be honest - not as bad as I expected - given how much I had them do. They provided me a source of comfort knowing that my electrical needs were being taken care of in a professional and safe manner. I thought the workers were really nice and did a great job. I would recommend Oakwood to anyone and I would use them again.

We immediately went over and liked the Savoy chandelier. We asked about the return policy and delivery time. No problem with returning, credit in the store- no restocking fee- and delivery was about 2-3 weeks or we could take the one in the floor. We opted for the floor model. They had us return the next day to pick it up - it was boxed in original packaging and No waiting time in the pick up either. Plus Theresa's price was $300 less than her competitor for the same chandelier and the Savoy chandelier was close to half the cost of our original choice. Fabulous experience all the way around!!!

I had the manual with me and he explained the pairing process and highlighted/flagged the page I needed to refer to when I returned home. I followed his directions and the remote now works. He also took a copy of my receipt, so I would not be required to return to the store if the process was not successful. Excellent customer service. I have always found the sales assistance to be exceptional. Referral to electrician for hanging was a very easy process. Products might be a bit pricier, but I have learned you get what you pay for!
