Don't use this company. I rented from them for Thanksgiving. They delivered the table and chairs…read moreon Wednesday morning. I was not home to receive the order but my father-in-law said delivery team saw the cushions and left them anyway. When I returned home late that afternoon I emailed the company immediately. After getting the run around from a couple employees, some guy called me back, said they were sending someone to replace the cushions. At that point I had a full house of guests and didn't want them parading through my house. I asked they credit me on the 3 disgusting and stained cushions. they refused. I don't care about the $30 they wouldn't credit me. I care about the lack of understanding that at that point I had a full house of people for the holiday and didn't want his team on my property. He was incredibly rude an inflexible. Unfortunate because we are renting again for NYE, as well as many business functions. Him providing good customer service over a measly $30 has cost that company thousands and thousands. Ridiculous.

We started with the fundamentals -- setting up a proper layout in Pro Tools -- and gradually worked our way toward more advanced concepts like creating mix buses for melodies, drums, and vocals. I really appreciated how he connected each step to real-world workflows, so you could see how it would apply in an actual studio session. What stood out most was Prophet's ability to make technical concepts feel simple and actionable. He kept the pace steady, encouraged questions, and made sure everyone understood before moving forward. It never felt rushed, and every section built logically on the last, so by the end, you had a complete picture of how a track comes together. In the future, it would be great to see even more hands-on opportunities and perhaps the chance to collaborate with artists directly -- which would make the learning experience even richer. Overall, the course was a wonderful experience that I'd recommend to anyone wanting to get started with Pro Tools or improve their production skills. Lost Oasis Records has created a great learning environment, and Prophet is a fantastic instructor who genuinely wants his students to succeed.

When I got there the office staff was extremely rude, then as I was filling out paperwork I was asked to sign a form giving them permission to deduct money from my first check to cover the cost of my background check! I have previous experience as a HR manager and this is NOT normal practice. Their clients (employers) are charged for this in the fees they pay. This place is shady as f....well, you know.
