    Yuca con chicharron

Very nice spot. Kind of hidden from the main street but definitely worth trying. We got yuca con chicharron, steak and cheese and a chicken taco salad, everything was pretty good and flavorful, we will be coming back to this one.

Estancias Restaurant looks like a hole in the wall, but the minute you enter the tantalizing scents will make your mouth water. This was my introduction to Salvadoran food. The pupusas were amazing, cooked just to the point where the bean and cheese oozed out, mmmm. The pork and cheese pupusa was tasty too. Both the steak and chicken tacos, topped with avocado, were delicious. The burrito was a delicious melding of rice, beans, vegetables, pico de gallo, Salvadoran sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Service was friendly and attentive. The server brought tortilla chips and salsa when we arrived, took our order, brought out the food efficiently, and refilled the water. You should try the pupusas whether or not you have ever had Salvadoran food.

horchata, steak tacos, tamales, chicharrón, and yuca..

Don't judge a book by its cover! Pleasantly surprised by this small restaraunt located in a business park. We had fajitas and tacos and I will definitely be back.

    Pescado Frito

Small spot but the taste is everything. I smelled the scent in the air from down the sidewalk and had to walk inside. I ordered pescado frito(Tilapia) and everything was delicious. The steak and shrimp fajitas look great as well. The staff was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommended.

Never had Salvadoran food before. It slapped. Highly recommend. Get the pupusas and carne or chorizo tacos.

Food: Tried the shrimp cocktail (shrimp, avocado, tomato,…read morechili, and onion), birria sope, beef gordita, and birria tacos. Everything was flavorful and fresh. My favorites were definitely the birria tacos and the sope. Price: 3 birria tacos for $12 -- pretty fair pricing for the portion and quality. Atmosphere: Very packed, which is usually a good sign, but still nice and organized. Plenty of seating and the restaurant was decorated really well. Family-friendly atmosphere too. Service: Customer service was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall: Good food, fair prices, lots of options, and a nice environment. Definitely would come back!

We drove out of our way to try this place and honestly it was a bit confusing to figure out where to order. There are two lines and it's not very clear which one we are supposed to get in for what. Especially because some of the items are duplicate on both menus. I noticed there was barely anyone in the "restaurant" line. Anyway, we sort of got a little bit of everything and wasn't completely brown away. I liked that they let you add your own toppings, and all of the sauces that have available were great. But the taco meats all sort of lacked a bit of flavor. Carnitas are my favorite but these were a bit inconsistent. Some pieces were very nice and juicy where others were hard to chew. I will say the place is very clean and spacious. They're pretty quick with your order as well. The food was lacking flavor for me personally. Overall, I don't think I would go back.

La Jarochita Restaurant - They have an entire concha wall which is always an indication of good things to come. I had lunch here and their food was spot on.

The…read morelisting says 3 patties stuffed with your choice of meat and lists "beef" or "chicken"... I got one set of beef and one set of chicken. The cost was usually $10.99 each, thru the app at least - you know how they like to mark things up in the delivery apps.... I also ordered a side of sour cream, which at $3.50 per serving is ridiculously expensive... You can buy a whole container at the store for that! For $3.50 I would usually get a whole side of something (corn, fries, onion rings, etc) at a restaurant..... The empanadas were pretty good. It was flavorful and seasoned well.. it was slightly spicy, at just the right amount, not over powering... glad I had some sour cream handy! The portions were good and reasonable. However, $3.50 for such a small container of sour cream is a bit absurd. Should be $1, or $1.50. Not sure what the yellow sauce was that came with the empanadas, but it smelled decent and didn't have any strong scents or flavors to identify it. I found the meal to be very enjoyable! I would order again.

This item listed a variety of meats and side dishes to be served for 3 people. For starters the side dishes were served on individual plates as you would receive a standard side of rice and beans. So only two plates were served because there were two of us but we paid for a dish that serves 3. At the $80+ price tag we expected leftovers. The amount of guacamole each of us got was less than Chipotle gives you on a bowl. For the price point I am expecting an appetizers worth of guacamole. Because if I were to add up the cost of the individual items on the menu that made up the parrillada familiar I don't see how I got any value here. Additionally for a dish that included ribs as one of the meats to serve for three people, we literally got 3 ribs... Just between my gf and I we almost finished everything on the plate. Which again is suspicious for a dish that is supposed to serve 3 people. None of the meats were really stand out. To be clear the food wasn't bad but it was definitely not the best I had ever had and for what they charge I admit I was curious if they were able to back it up since similar dishes elsewhere are a fraction of the price. To top it off they charge an addition fee for paying with a card for a meal that ended up being over $90 before the tip. And they do not offer free water in a cup, we were forced to buy and drink from plastic bottles. The server was nice and attentive but the atmosphere was incredibly loud based just on the volume of the music, not even the other guests. There is definitely a lot to improve on here. It may be worth checking it out if you are having drinks is at the bar which is where most other patrons were sitting, but for food especially for value Manassas alone has so many other options to try.
