This has never been an issue for previous guests. Additionally, she mentioned construction next door. We personally checked the property earlier in the day, and there was no active construction at the time. While it's possible the neighbors were doing light work, there was no disruption during her stay. Despite our best efforts to accommodate V and address her concerns, she continued to insist on a full refund and threatened a bad review. We ultimately had to reach out to Airbnb for assistance due to the ongoing threats. We always strive to provide a positive experience for our guests and are sorry that this stay did not meet her expectations.

This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. In almost 20 years of renting in LA, I've never been asked for tax returns -- not even when I bought a property. This is ridiculous. Extremely rude, invasive, and discriminatory. I was happy to hear this vacation rental company had homes to rent in Anaheim near Disney. I wanted to plan a weekend getaway with my family so I contacted Globe and spoke with a representative. I couldn't believe how affordable the prices were for a two night stay, compared to a small hotel room, for a house with a pool, game room and kitchen privileges, not to mention walking distance to the actual park. After making our arrangement with reservation's I was able to speak with the Guest Service Manager, Nicole, who answered all my questions and eased any worries I had. Since I have a little one she offered to put a portable crib (pack-n-play) in the unit and make sure there was enough towels for both the bath and the pool. The amount of follow through and updates that I received before I actually arrived was so refreshing through a customer service standpoint. Once my family arrived we had a tad bit issue with the air conditioner and cable box (mainly because I don't watch much TV at home) but as soon as I called the office they sent a guest service rep, Nick, over to help. He was able to walk me through the steps and show how to reset the cable box and wifi router if any issues happened in the future, which they did not. The AC did have trouble and needed a tech which was unable to make it during our visit. Honestly though Globe provided several floor fans and the house already had ceiling fans so the temperature was really not an issue. Not to mention we were at the Parks all day. Long story short....my family had a blast and are already planning another Disney trip with Globe Homes.
