First of all, they worked with us on the date (we were under a fairly tight timeframe), doubling up one week-end to accommodate us. They were very clear when we met with them about how their estate sales are managed. They exceeded our expectations at every level. We could not have been more pleased throughout the entire process. I cannot think of one thing that could have been handled better. Based on our experience, this is not just a business for Andrew and Jane; they sincerely want to help people during what can be a stressful time.

Of course there is going to be a price difference when you are comparing my new house to houses that are over decade old, houses that need to be gutted and remodeled, houses that have tile countertops and vinyl floors. She put the wrong number of bedrooms even though she had the pictures of the correct number! wow unbelievable. They were quick to take the money to do a terrible job!
