It was always sorry your quantity's too low, we don't let you provide your own garments, can't print on sleeves, can't print on hoods, can't do this, can't do that. The good fellas at Lords of Print are extremely flexible and go above and beyond to make the project happen, putting in a lot of experimentation and extra work to get it done right. I know that if they tell me it can't be done, it actually can't be done. Pricing has always been transparent and fair, communication is always quick and on point. The quality of the screen printing is top notch as well. On the rare occasion that a slip-up happens (misprint, etc), they are incredibly accountable and make sure it's addressed instantly. I've worked with them on a couple of tight deadlines and they've never disappointed. Apart from all that, Matt & Louie are just a couple of great guys and it's always a pleasure to stop by their shop. Not an exaggeration to say that I wouldn't have gotten my business off the ground without them, and can't recommend them enough.

I emailed at least 10 other places asking for quotes for 15 women's t-shirts and Bay Ink Screen had the best price and was the most professional. They sent over a professional quote within a couple of hours of me asking. I just sent them a pic of what I wanted printed (found on Pinterest/Google Image Search) and they were able to create a mock (free of charge and the result looked exactly like what I was looking for and I didn't have to ask for any changes). Bay Ink Screen was also the only place that offered to do a gold "foil" print for the same price as regular silkscreen print colors. Phri, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating. I went into the shop to check out the shirts and he was so knowledgeable and was patient while I even tried a couple of things on so I could get the sizing right. This is my go-to silkscreen printing shop for sure. There really isn't any point checking out other shops.

If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.
