The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

I emailed at least 10 other places asking for quotes for 15 women's t-shirts and Bay Ink Screen had the best price and was the most professional. They sent over a professional quote within a couple of hours of me asking. I just sent them a pic of what I wanted printed (found on Pinterest/Google Image Search) and they were able to create a mock (free of charge and the result looked exactly like what I was looking for and I didn't have to ask for any changes). Bay Ink Screen was also the only place that offered to do a gold "foil" print for the same price as regular silkscreen print colors. Phri, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating. I went into the shop to check out the shirts and he was so knowledgeable and was patient while I even tried a couple of things on so I could get the sizing right. I reached out to Laz (the co-owner) after he posted an advertisement seeking manual screen-printing assistance, and I quickly received a professional response. I'm definitely not particularly wild about being ghosted, but they were nice about it, unlike some other studios. The team at ESTBC really made me feel welcome, which was warmly appreciated. The duo artists themselves create custom maquettes for customers, and produce quality, lasting work adhering to the customer's needs and desires, while also recommending certain practices that really add a special pizazz to these screen-printed creations. When I came in, Laz was working on a 6 color sweatshirt, and he made sure to print layers multiple times to assure optimal color brightness. "Misprints" are transformed into BLM and other patterned masks, and fabric scraps do not go to waste without another use.
