Im 37 yo and have never written a review in my life. Not on Yelp, fandango or google until now. We've always wanted a Chevy Tahoe. We couldn't afford one during medical school but I told my family that one day we would get one. The 2021 models are absolutely spectacular. We got the luxury, sunroof, rear entertainment package with the captains chairs. I drove around to 3 dealerships including Carl Black here in Orlando and the dealership in Lakeland. I was treated so poorly at both of those dealerships. They didn't give me the time of day and they were so sneaky. They hid the fees and taxes and made me feel bad when I asked them for a deal. I couldn't believe how poorly I was treated and that's that I'm a physician!!! I couldn't believe it. Then I found the car in the Chevy dealership website that had everything I was looking but it was destined to go to Estero Chevrolet. Demoralized and all (as it was over 200 miles away from my home city), but I reached out to them and they treated me so well. The car wasn't even in the lot and they were so accommodating. Pete Perez is the absolute man. He's nice, kind, and such a straight shooter. I asked him to give me the best possible price he could and he did. He gave me a great trade in value for my car and made this whole experience smooth. I felt like I was being taken care of by a family member and not some sneaky salesman. Pete sent over to me the specs that matched what I was looking for. Him and Russel (the finance guy) overnighted me then paperwork. When the car came in Pete took a personal video for me and uploaded it to you tube. Then detailed it and then they were willing to bring the car over to me (I live in Orlando!!!! Over 200 miles away). I couldn't believe how much above and beyond these guys treated me. I received the car yesterday and it didn't have a ding in it or a spec of dirt. The car is absolutely fantastic. Then they took the time to call over and set up the o star when they didnt have to. It is clear why this dealership gets the most incredible service awards. Well I must say I was quite IMPRESSED with the professionalism shown to me by my salesmen Adam L and the used car manager John Hop! I have been a long time customer of Victory Lane Chevy and have bought at least 10 vehicles from them over the years. Well I went to buy a vehicle I saw online this week and come to find out my normal salesmen was on vacation(no big deal) so the manager pushed another guy on me. Needless to say after 4.5 hours wasted I walked out and will never walk back into that store. Went home and got online and found the same vehicle (exception being color and my new one has 4k less miles) at Estero Bay Chevy and it's was already advertised for almost $1500 less then the negotiated price I walked out on! When I arrive I was greeted by Adam and I started off being sour because of my other experience and explained to him that I was there to see one car and one car only and if I liked it and the price worked I wanted in and out with NO BS! Adam assured me that would be the case so I gave him my license and he grabbed the keys and off we went. Car drove great and I wanted it, so now i'm thinking' "here come the games!" So I started by saying this is what I wanted to pay and I wasn't going back and forth all day, Adam told me he will do his best so he went straight to the manager. Two Minutes later he comes back with Jon and maybe 10 minutes later we had a deal...I was SHOCKED!!! From the time I walked in, test drove and signed all the paperwork it was less then 2 hours, the fastest time I have EVER had buying a car from a car dealer!!! Thank you Adam and Jon for a great experience and even though you are almost 50 min drive I will always shop with you first!!! Faith in a car dealer restored!!! I normally don't do review's but I thought they deserved it and even though I believe that Victory Lane deserve's a very NEGATIVE one I did not do it, because of our past business. Buenas tardes señalo y responsabilizo al trabajador y la Chevrolet de servicio JOSE y a la señorita estefani de recepción ya q llame en varias Veces y nunca me pudo ayudar con mi problema entre mi carro a servicios perfectamente y salió con grandes problemas q aún después de 15 días no he obtenido respuesta tengo un tahoe 2022 pues mi carro entro a servicio y cuando lo recibo no le habian hecho servicio de agua de limpia palabrisa esta es su 2 vez pues el carro empieza con una vibración en la carretera al otro vuelvo a ir y ya habían prácticamente cerrado pero un trabajado me volvió a rotar las gomas y me dijo q lo volviera a traer pues el compañero jose le encargué un cintillo de la puerta q me dijo q eso lo cambiaban en 5 minutos pues volví a regresar ya para q me chequearan lo de las gomas y la pieza pues jose me dijo q era una goma y q tenía q pagar por el servicio eso sin el revisar el carro mi pregunta es como el señor jose puede estar seguro q mi carro tiene las gomas malas sin el antes revisar y como es posible q mi carro entre al taller sin problemas y salga con ese defecto yo necesito q alguien me de una explicación read more

After reading some past reviews , I felt compelled to write a review myself ! First I will say I have been going to Estero Bay since they opened and Jose is usually my service advisor he has always been kind and very professional but the service advisor is not the mechanic doing the work. If there is an issue you certainly ....should tell them but that doesn't mean the advisor is the one making the repair. They are a busy dealership and no person or company is perfect . However , having purchased several cars from them both new and used as well as a being a regular customer in service dept I feel I am able to give a fair review . My son had a repair and tried chevy dealer for repair in Gainesville and was not at all happy with service there . So My son made an appt for day after thanksgiving at Estero bay it was extreamly busy that didn't seem to matter , as busy as it was it made no difference he still received great service , my sons car the part was ordered and then repaired same day, he has had no issues on his trip back to college . I live in Golden Gate Estates and am willing to drive to Estero Bay over Rick Hendrick ANYTIME. The service department is top notch, honest, and they really make the waiting part of getting your vehicle serviced nice. Cardinel is the best and I make my appointments with him every time and will continue to. I made the mistake of going to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Naples because it's closer to home. I went for an alignment and a few other minor things. My husband forgot to put my wheel lock key back in the truck, so he drove it to me (30 minutes away) and then they asked me if I want to go home instead of wait because it would be a while...I did...as soon as we pull up to the house, they call to tell us the alignment machine is broken. This is something they could have told me prior...I don't think it just broke out of nowhere. Not to mention, they quoted me 246.00 for a missing clip on my door panel, where Estero Bay estimated a much lower number to fix the clip. read more

I will start by saying I hardly ever post reviews. Well, unless I'm blown away with customer service and/or the experience I had working with a business. That being said, my experience with Estero Bay Chevrolet was amazing. I have been a loyal Toyota customer since I bought my first car when I was 16 (I'm 44) So, I was slightly nervous about all of the "unknowns" that would come with making the switch to Chevrolet. I had been looking into new SUV for a few months, test drove three other brands before landing on the Equinox. I highly recommend that you see Johnny DeLeon, he had a calming personality and treated me with respect, honestly the best salesman that I have worked with during my shopping experience. Normally when you get a good salesman you have to deal with pushy managers, not in this case, when I had a question I received full answers that I understood. Never did I feel like I was signing up for something I wasn't sure about. I left the dealership knowing every number on the contract, also knowing that I received a good deal. I did my due diligence and checked with another Chevy to make sure I was getting a good deal, no one would come close to Estero Bay! Literally the best/fastest experience I have had buying a car! If you are looking for a new car this is the place to go. I worked with Richard Day who is one of the most amazing salesmen I have ever met! Before I went here I went to Victory Lane Chevy and let's just say that was the biggest waste of time. Richard Day was very honest with me from the beginning and literally busted his butt trying to get me the best deal. I am a super difficult client and not once did he show any frustrations. Came in for a recall item (hood latch and a wiring harness) as well as an oil change. Coffee machine was broke, but they brought in Dunkin Donuts coffee to satisfy us who are addicted to caffeine in the morning. Took about an hour an a half, not sure how much time was needed on recall items. Plenty of seating in waiting room, although I found the chairs were not very comfortable. Everyone very friendly. So far I am happy with my purchase as well as the service. As far as the recall item (hood latch), I will say I was very impressed that I received a notice in the mail about it, and the next day the service department called me to see if they wanted me to order the item and schedule the service....impressive. I placed my truck to get repairs at this location and was told it would be $1,200, about time I got my repairs fixed they charged me $2,700 without the approval of me. I kept calling back for them to talk to a manager or someone in the service industry but kept getting voicemails that were full. I left several voicemails on other extension that were not full including the manager and assistant manager and still haven't received a call back, which is very frustrating. I made a claim towards my insurance company, who tried calling this dealership multiple times and haven't received a call back either. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. This place is absolutely trash and hope they get a new management that actually wants to work and make this place better. read more

About a year ago, I bought my retirement home in Fort Myers. In recent months, I was thinking of some kind of beach-mobile, such as an older, used convertible in which me and the dogs could cruise around in the Fort Myers area. Estero Bay Chevrolet had an older VW convertible, which was near my price poiint. I want to give Randy Jackson, my salesman, who worked for hours to get a deal done and later helped me get the car home the highest marks. Estero bay Chevrolet not only left my Z06 out on the lot filthy with bird shit all over it the moron service writer lied about calling and leaving a message . I dropped off Sept 24th car was done Oct 2nd never received a call or anything , i called 5 times left two messages and had drive up there to finally get the car . Absolute shameful service and service writer Jose . I also took my Piece of Shit Gmc Canyon in to have the transmission checked the clown took it for a 5 min drive and said they shifted the gears and could not feel the transmission jerk like it does intermittently and on the way home it jerked hard at a stop light on a 8200 mile Gmc Canyon !!!! My Service advisor, Gage, was amazing. He kept me updated with information every time the Volt technician told him something new. I queried the FB Volt owners page for recommendations for a reliable dealership to take my Volt after having 2 bad experiences within two weeks at another dealership in South Florida.
