Please never bring your pet here to be abused. I would give a 0 star if I could. My husband and I dropped off our two dogs for 12 nights over Christmas and just picked them up this morning. We had asked them to separate our dogs during feedings because the older dog will eat the younger dogs food, and I was told that this would be no problem and they will absolutely be separated. Well, this morning when we picked our dogs up, the 4 year old was 8lbs heavier and the 9 month old was 6lbs skinnier with his rib bones showing, which is clear evidence of them not being separated during their nearly 2 week stay. Which means our 9 month old puppy STARVED for almost 2 weeks. When I brought this up to them, I was just lied to over and over again, and assured that they were separated when they ate. If that were the case, how is my 4 year old dog now obese (which has never happened when she's been boarded before), and my 9 month old starving with his bones showing? How does that make any sense at all? The evidence is clearly against what I'm being told by them. Additionally, our puppy came home with a gash above his eye, a bloody lip, a scratch on his nose, and a broken tooth with the root exposed which needs a surgical removal now. Not only was our 9 month old puppy starving for nearly two weeks, but who knows how long his tooth has been broken and causing him pain, and even how it was broken. I asked why I didn't receive a phone call about his face being beat up (which has never happened at home, because our dogs get along very well) and she said "there's nothing I could have done about it, because even if I had put Neosporin on it he would have probably licked it off" which means he is lucky he didn't get an infection while he was in there, since his wounds weren't even being cleaned or taken care of. I just cannot express enough how furious I am about this whole experience, and how gutted I feel for leaving our dogs here for 12 days to be abused. I am not claiming that these people abused them on purpose, but the lack of attention and care to not even separate them to eat so our puppy doesn't starve is just evil and cruel. I will never bring my dogs here again and I'd advise any pet parent against bringing their pet kids here. We were refunded for the stay, but will now spend all of that money and much more on surgery and meds to remove our puppy's broken tooth. I am sick to my stomach and my heart is just absolutely broken for him having to experience all that for nearly two weeks. Never again. Please never bring your pet here. read more

I honestly don't think this place let my dog out of the kennel all day . The very minute we got outside he peed for the longest time and as soon as we got home and out of the car, he couldn't get in the house quick enough to get to the water dish and drank and drank. Our corgi LOVES going to the Estes Park Pet Lodge. He drags me behind him when we're walking up to the building because he's so excited! He runs in, jumps on the staff to say good morning and runs right over to his room! They have a punch card too which saves you money over time. Very rude staff. There were a couple staff members (when I checked in) that were caring towards my dog and polite to me. At pick up, I met two other staff members who were very rude and quite non-appreciative of the business I provided them. I picked up my dog in the morning, before the heat set in. My dog was panting like she'd been out on a hot walk with no water! In fact, I offered her water as soon as I got her into my car and she drank it like she hadn't had water the 2 days she was there. I left there angry and with a sick feeling in my stomach ... my poor dog. I would highly advise others to find a different, caring place, to board their dog(s.) Just because this place is in the same building as a vet's office means nothing. Very upset about how my dog was treated, more so than the way they treated me. read more

We camped in Estes Park over the summer, and wanted to spend the day in Boulder, and various other places, so we opted to use them for doggie daycare, it was super convenient, the staff was great, and they took us in last minute, for 3 different days (plus an overnight). It was a fantastic alternative to bringing the dog everywhere with us, or leaving him behind in the RV. read more

My Australian Shepherd loves it here. I have left her several times for overnights (once for a week) and she is always happy when I drop her off. We were going hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park and needed a doggy daycare for our 3 critters. We also wanted someplace that was close to the park just in case there was an emergency. I'm so happy that we found this facility! My critters aren't use to staying at a daycare and I was a bit nervous, almost like dropping off your 3 kids to kindergarten for the first day! UGH! However; I was relieved that #1 there was a veterinarian office connected to the daycare (just in case) and #2 the staff was very nice! The window of drop off was between 8 - 9:30am and pick up window was between 4- 4:30pm, Worked out perfect for us but you do have to plan accordingly. The cost was super inexpensive especially for piece of mind! They provide everything from bowls, toys and bedding. You just have to bring your own food. They were very accommodating in allowing all our "kids" to stay in a kennel together and away from other critters (I work for a vet and know how quickly things can get out of hand so I'm not a fan of putting my critters with other critters because we all have a bad day...lol). They also, at no additional charge, applied meds to one of our old dog's eyes. Be prepared to show proof of all vaccines including Distemper, Parvo, Rabies and Bordetella. I would certainly recommend this facility if you're in need of a doggy daycare! read more
