Caring Pathways was truly a blessing during one of the most difficult times in my life. Leslie,…read moreDesiree, and Destiney were absolute angels--kind, accommodating, and deeply understanding. It's only a YEAR later that I'm getting around to writing this review, and the experience with this company still makes me tear up, with gratitude! As a first-time client, I had some special requests, like keeping my dog's body for a few days while I finalized ideas for memorabilia. They honored my wishes with such grace and compassion. When I needed an urn, they went above and beyond, showing me their inventory so I could select the perfect one, as each wood option was uniquely cut and meaningful. Their attention to detail and genuine care for my situation made such a difference. Despite my attempts to give them a cash tip as a thank-you, they kindly refused and asked that I leave a review instead. So here it is (a YEAR later): Caring Pathways offers incredible service with a truly compassionate touch. I can't recommend them enough. The vet, Kaity, and her assistant that came to help us were just as much of a blessing as the ladies at the mortuary. You're all just the most extraordinary team of humans!! Thank you, again!!!! With love, from Teresa & Bourbon.

Dr. Kira came to our house and she was just amazing from the moment she stepped in. She made everything so comfortable for us. She gave us as much time as we needed with our little angel, Casper. Kerry M. was our vet and she walked us through every step, educated us, was patient, and was so kind to Iverson and us. I had to cancel the first appointment because I was not ready to say goodbye. They offer a cancellation window up to 4 hours before your appointment and allow you to carry over your deposit to when you reschedule, with no extra fee. So thankful for this understanding. The cost may feel steep, but the in-home service is so so worth it. Iverson had his last meal while the pain meds were administered. It was a distraction where he didn't even notice. He felt safe and comfortable in his home, surrounded by family and on his favorite couch. He was then given a sedation medicine where he drifted into a nap on my chest. When the final medicine was given, he felt no pain as he crossed the rainbow bridge. I have heard horror stories from other in home service companies. I had 3 friends use Caring Pathways and that is why we went with them. I am so grateful and thankful that we chose to work with Caring Pathways. It helps with acceptance and closure and provides a peaceful passing. I will forever recommend them to other family and friends who need to say goodbye to a family pet member.

I love the team at Walking Paws. I've seen a significant improvement in my dog's arthritis and I…read moretruly believe they focus on giving your pet the best care. Interestingly enough, my other dog (incredibly timid) benefits from the visits as well. He usually accompanies his sister during her treatments and at first, he was super shy, cowered whenever someone merely looked in his direction let alone tried to pet him... the whole shebang. But now he's much braver and even goes up to the doctors to greet them; something he would've never done prior to sitting in on sessions. It's so cool that everyone greets Domino and Pepper and remembers us by name. We pay out of pocket instead of going through pet insurance, and each visit's cost is very reasonable. It's a flat rate that covers all of the treatments for the day, whether it's time on the water treadmill, floor exercises, acupuncture, laser therapy, ultrasound, etc. Even better, our pup gets to enjoy all the goodies that help her focus during her rehab session. Overall, I can't recommend Walking Paws enough. It's truly changed my dog for the better and I look forward to working with them as we continue to manage my dog's arthritis.

I am extremely disappointed by the response from the owner as it is not even factually accurate. We…read moreweren't 30 minutes into the appointment, but at the very beginning. My dog didn't even get any treatment at all that day. And their therapist did insinuate it could be a neural sheath tumor. I'm not sure how the owner could dispute that when she wasn't even in the room to hear the conversation. Finally, our vet did not recommend the bump get biopsied at all. Given it's location, size and moveability, she recommended just monitoring it monthly. Also neither the therapist or vet indicated it wasn't anything serious or suggested it would be good to continue with the appointment. And they never made it clear before I left, that I would be charged the full $200 even though my dog received no treatment at all that day. The fact of the matter is rather than showing some compassion and good customer service, they chose to scare me, then take my money.

She and her assistant Whitney are always prompt, professional, friendly, and very thorough. Dr Marshall has been working on my horse for about 3 years and my gelding, Ben, loves having her work on him. She has taken the time to not only watch him move on a lunge line or in hand but also under saddle, insuring that she knows exactly what is going on with him so she can treat him accordingly. A few weeks ago, Ben was in a bad pasture accident. I immediately called Dr. Gibson but she was unavailable so I rushed him to CSUVTH where his wounds were cleaned and his belly was ultra sounded and he was given the all clear. 5 days later, Dr Gibson came to see him and after her initial exam she called CSUVTH and made an appointment for him to be seen again the next morning. She was concerned that he might have a previously undiagnosed fracture. She even went so far as to reach out to me later that night to insure that I knew all that she wanted CSU to x-ray and ultrasound. Again, Ben was sent home with a clean bill of health and Dr. Marshall came back out 5 days later to acupuncture and adjust him. Ben was still very stiff and sore so Dr. Marshall took her time and worked on him at the pace he could handle, talking to and petting him constantly to assure him that he did not want to hurt but rather help him. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall for your horse's lameness and full body care and treatment. She is terrific!
