Not once did I feel like I was judged for my damaged, dry, and frizzy hair. And when I asked if it was okay to bring my daughter later on in the day they said of course and took us in without any issues. I loved how they respected the length I wanted my hair and how respectful they were to my daughter who also isn't used to getting her hair cut by a professional.
